G-DRAGON Makes a Grand Comeback with ‘Übermensch’ and New Music Videos

Legendary K-pop figure, G-Dragon, triumphantly returns with his first full-length album in more than ten years titled “Übermensch“.

Acclaimed as the “Ruler of K-pop,” G-Dragon offers an extraordinary eight-track album filled with top-notch collaborations, such as music videos for “TOO BAD” (with Anderson .Paak) and “DRAMA.” Additionally, tracks like “PO€ER” and “HOME SWEET HOME” (featuring TAEYANG & DAESUNG), previously released singles, have already amassed over 300 million streams globally.

The “TOO BAD” music video, starring Anderson .Paak, is a lively, energetic extravaganza. It blends G-Dragon’s unique quirkiness with Anderson .Paak’s seamlessly rhythmic flair, showcasing captivating choreography, swift transitions, and an array of vibrant hues that accentuate the song’s catchy beat. A memorable scene occurs when aespa’s Karina makes a striking appearance, leaving viewers spellbound by her commanding stage presence and harmonious dance moves alongside G-Dragon.

On the other hand, “DRAMA” adopts an intimate and cinematic perspective. The video depicts G-Dragon as a wind-up ballerina, twirling gracefully like a fragile music box figurine. Its eerie melody and intense visuals signify a significant shift from his typical powerful and energetic style, instead echoing the raw emotional depth of his 2017 track “무제(無題) (Untitled, 2014).
