Those attempting to utilize Canva at the moment seem to be encountering some troubles. Is it possible that Canva is currently offline? Here’s an update on the current situation.

Hey there! I’m currently encountering some troubles while attempting to navigate through Canva, the fantastic online graphic design platform we all love. Seems like it’s taking a brief break, and I’m hoping it gets back up and running soon so we can continue creating amazing designs together!

Is Canva down?

Yes, at the time of publishing this article, there is a Canva outage. The outage began in the early hours of Feb. 25. When we try to upload an image, for example, we are met with an error.

Based on Downdetector reports, approximately 60% of Canva users have mentioned experiencing troubles, while around 11% specifically reported app-related difficulties and nearly 29% encountered server connection problems. These percentages could shift as more people share their experiences or when the tool’s issues are addressed.

Canva outage frustrates users

Currently, when we’re releasing this update, users across various social platforms continue to express their annoyance due to the tool not functioning properly.

The user on X mentioned that they were experiencing an issue with Canva as they were about to add their final touch, accompanied by a humorous GIF of Peter Griffin from Family Guy for added emphasis.

Folks on Reddit reported on the tool’s current status as well. “I can’t [seem] to upload pictures,” a user on the tool’s dedicated subreddit wrote. “And my friend who lives far away is having the same issue.” The user also noted they are both getting an “image not found” error.

Meanwhile, the Canva Status website revealed that the team is aware of the aforementioned issue.
