Hollyoaks Star James Sutton Splits Again After Marriage Breakdown!

Actor James Sutton, known for his role on Hollyoaks, has parted ways with his girlfriend Tamara Jane after a year together. Their relationship began following the end of his marriage.

In February 2024, the once-romantically linked pair announced their relationship to the world, but as per The Sun, they’ve chosen to part ways and bring an end to their love story now.

42-year-old James, famous for portraying John Paul McQueen on the television series, appears to have ended his social media connection with Tamara, as he no longer follows her on Instagram and has erased all traces of her from his photos. TopMob reached out to James’s representative for a statement regarding the apparent breakup.

Five months following the announcement of his divorce from Rachel Collin, which had lasted for over five years, James openly acknowledged his new romantic relationship with Tamara.

Previously on I’m A Celebrity…Get Me Out Of Here!, the series actor Jamie Lomas (known for his role as Warren Fox) and Emily Burnett, who portrays Olivia Bradshaw, exchanged messages. Jamie used a series of heart emojis, while Emily expressed relief with the phrase “finally..”.

In 2018, James reunited with his former spouse Rachel at the Glastonbury Festival and got remarried there. However, after five years of being married, they parted ways in September of last year.

He informed TopMob about the separation: ‘Rachael and I shared a beautiful relationship and matrimonial bond. It was undeniably sad, yet friendly, and we continue to be friends.’

During the Covid-19 lockdown, it seems their marriage experienced significant tension, eventually leading them to make a private decision to end their union through divorce.

According to a source, The Mirror was informed that James and Rachael have had a harmonious marriage, yet, like many other couples, the pressures of lockdown caused a strain in their relationship.

James tends to be under the public’s scrutiny, while Rachel prefers to stay away from the limelight. After eight incredible years, they mutually agreed that they worked better as companions rather than romantic partners.

In 2015, the couple made their engagement official during a charming vacation in Barbados. However, they eventually parted ways, and news of James’ relationship with Rachael surfaced in the early months of 2017.

In 2006, James became part of the cast on Hollyoaks and has since appeared in numerous significant plotlines focusing on homosexuality, such as those involving male sexual assault and intolerance towards LGBTQ+ individuals.
