Daniel Craig Stuns in Sharp Tuxedo at SAG Awards After Best Actor Nomination!
On Sunday night, Daniel Craig exuded elegance as he gracefully stepped onto the red carpet at the SAG Awards in Los Angeles, donning a sleek black tuxedo.
At the Shrine Auditorium & Expo Hall, home of the esteemed awards event, the 56-year-old actor walked in with a show of self-assurance on the azure carpet.
The actor from the LGBTQ+ community chose a custom-made tuxedo, paired with a sleek black dress shirt, and completed the look with a sophisticated pair of formal shoes.
For the event, the actor playing James Bond neatened his hair and accessorized with sunglasses, while sporting a well-groomed beard.
Keeping one hand in his pocket, the Hollywood star seemed in good spirits as he made his entrance.
Daniel has been nominated for the category of Exceptional Acting by a Male Performer in a Principal Role, thanks to his work in Queer.

In Luca Guadagnino’s provocative new film “Queer,” he co-stars with Drew Starkey, who is 31 years old, alongside him. This movie is an adaptation of William Burroughs’ semi-autobiographical novella of the same name.
In the 1950s-set romantic drama unfolding in Mexico City, we find the story of William Lee, an American expat and war veteran (portrayed by Craig), who embarks on a passionate relationship with Eugene Allerton (Starkey), a troubled man with a past as a drug addict and former Navy serviceman.
In the esteemed Screen Actors Guild competition, he’s up against Adrien Brody (for The Brutalist), Timothée Chalamet (for A Complete Unknown), Colman Domingo (for Sing Sing), and Ralph Fiennes (for Conclave) as potential winners.
Previously, Daniel confessed that assuming his part in Luca’s Queer would have been impossible for him if he were still playing James Bond.
From 2006 to 2021, the actor appeared in five James Bond films, and Daniel openly acknowledged that these financially successful movies had a substantial physical and emotional impact on him.
Looking back at his time as Bond, he shared with The Sunday Times that he wouldn’t have been able to take on a role like this (Queer) during those days. It might have appeared backward or like an attempt to display his versatility.
Initially, I believed I needed to engage in additional tasks alongside Bond, but that wasn’t necessary. Instead, I was gradually gaining recognition, which is hard to define, and the film industry started showing interest in me. Remarkable, indeed!
In most cases, actors find themselves unemployed for extended periods, leading them to accept any job offers that come their way. However, these opportunities often failed to satisfy me. Ultimately, though, the paycheck was what mattered in the end.

‘I was so exhausted at the end of a Bond it would take me six months to recover emotionally.
In my opinion, I’ve consistently held the belief that personal life should take priority, and temporarily putting work ahead of it left me feeling stretched thin.
Daniel continues to hold a deep affection for the James Bond series, and he’s eagerly waiting to discover where producers Barbara Broccoli and Michael G. Wilson will steer it towards in the future.
He mentioned that it’s not his choice or concern who the next Bond will be, but he expressed good wishes for their luck in making the decision.
