As a lifestyle advisor, I’ve come to realize that my perspective on intimate topics might be more reserved than I previously believed. In professional settings, especially when discussing explicit matters on stage, I often find myself employing humor as a shield rather than addressing the subject head-on.

However, when Bobby disclosed the last time we’d made love to the marriage counselor on the program, it gave me an uncomfortable feeling.

After Katherine disclosed that Bobby requires further education in their intimate moments, they decided to increase their sexual encounters from twice to five times a week.

Reflecting upon our shared moments during a recent private viewing of my reality show, I admitted candidly, “A year ago, I mentioned that we make love about twice a month. Now, I’d estimate that frequency to be closer to five times.
