Ollie and Gareth Locke, known from Made In Chelsea, are planning a comeback to London’s high society, despite owing money to creditors. They’re launching a new nightclub in one of the city’s fanciest areas.

Here’s the issue: the man Ollie keeps mentioning as his business partner claims he has no idea what Ollie is talking about.

I’ve learned that Ollie has been talking about opening a nightclub in Fulham, West London, for months – as early as October, he was already telling people about his plans.

I heard from a source that I ran into Ollie at a party, though it was just a quick hello. He mentioned he’s starting a new nightclub with Marc Burton.

It’s unfortunate, as Marc is a well-known figure in London’s nightlife. He created popular Mayfair clubs like Mahiki and Whisky Mist, and now runs The Rex Rooms – the newest version of the famous 151 King’s Road, a spot often visited by the stars of Made In Chelsea, including Ollie.

Regardless of how much Marc was actually involved, Ollie’s strong desire to succeed is even more impressive considering his difficult financial situation.

According to my source, it’s quite bold of Ollie to be planning a big change in his life when he still owes his landlord money.

If he truly wanted to make things right, you’d expect him to be working hard to earn the money back, not trying to become a glamorous nightclub owner.

As the Daily Mail reported earlier, the couple was kicked out of their £4 million Chelsea townhouse in February because they hadn’t paid rent for three months. They still owe around £25,000.

Ollie, 39, and his husband Gareth, 37, share a home with their two-year-old twins, Apollo and Cosima, who were born in July 2023 through surrogacy.

Recently, rumors have surfaced that the couple has moved into a new, expensive rental home, though specific details are still unknown. This move is likely to spark more questions considering the amount of money they still owe.

People who know Ollie and Gareth seem to be amused by their current troubles. There’s also talk that Ollie’s mother, Sarah, who owns a number of properties, might step in to help them out.

According to a source at the Daily Mail, Ollie and Gareth have been consistently behind on their rent for nearly a year. Despite living in a wealthy part of London, close to the King’s Road, they’ve continued to spend lavishly on things like Caribbean vacations and expensive meals at restaurants such as Scott’s.

Adding to their difficulties, the couple was receiving rent payments from a tenant but hadn’t been forwarding the money to their landlord, creating a further problem.

Honestly, I’m absolutely gutted for her. She thinks her rent money was actually funding Ollie and Gareth’s fancy lifestyle, and even though she always paid on time, she’s now dealing with all the consequences of their actions. It’s just not fair!

There are also questions over Ollie’s recent business dealings.

His company, The Chelsea Pub Co., went out of business last month, which isn’t a good sign for anyone considering working with him.

The situation is a clear contradiction. Ollie is publicly announcing plans for a luxurious nightclub in a very competitive part of London, promising VIP service and famous guests. However, he’s deeply in debt, and his claimed business partner insists they know nothing about this new project.
