Maya Jama showed off her toned physique and small waist in a new Instagram video on Thursday, performing a belly dance.

Maya Jama, 31, turned heads at the gym in a stylish black Nike sports bra and low-rise shorts.

Maya paused from her intense workout to pose and dance in front of the mirror, playfully shaking her hips.

The presenter, with her dark curls flowing freely, seemed cheerful while posting a video for her 3.3 million followers.

This amazing photo follows Maya’s recent post showcasing sweet moments from her romantic getaway to Portugal with her boyfriend, footballer Ruben Dias.

The pair appeared to have enjoyed exploring the local sights, including an array of monuments.

Maya and Ruben spent some downtime together, as they soaked up the sun relaxing by a large pool.

Ruben captioned his post with ‘Home recharge,’ and Maya replied, ‘And now I never want to leave Portugal!’

Maya and her Manchester City footballer husband were heartbroken when their home was burglarized in January.

The event occurred during a match where Ruben was playing against Galatasaray in Turkey, while Maya was filming Love Island: All Stars in South Africa.

Reports say thieves stole thousands of pounds worth of goods, including designer clothing, jewelry, and electronics.

The couple had just moved into the house they won through the Omaze prize draw, and it reportedly costs £20,000 a month to rent.

Even though they already had advanced security systems, the couple has hired a 24-hour security team from Strongbox to live on their property and provide extra protection.

According to a source speaking to The Sun, the couple hired a security company to evaluate their property. The company recommended 24/7 live-in guards, believing they would strongly discourage any potential problems.

Many professional footballers already employ personal trainers, cooks, and drivers, and now it’s becoming increasingly common for them to hire security guards as well.

The Daily Mail has contacted Maya and Ruben’s representatives for a comment at the time.

Ruben came home from a game and found his house had been burglarized, apparently alerting authorities after discovering the mess and missing valuables.

According to a source, the couple was heartbroken by the incident. The house was their first home together and held a lot of meaning for them. Luckily, they weren’t there when it happened, but they’re deeply disturbed that someone violated their privacy.

Maya was thrilled to move into her first home with Ruben and shared lots of photos and videos on social media.

They used to have a long-distance relationship, with her traveling between London and his city apartment. That’s why owning this home is so significant for them.

Cheshire Police responded to a report of a break-in at a home on Woodbrook Road in Alderley Edge around 11:10 PM on Wednesday, January 28th, according to a statement to the Daily Mail.

Police responded to the property and discovered it had been broken into, with several items taken.

Police are currently investigating and ask anyone with information to contact them on 101 or through their website.

Back in November, the couple was seen looking at a stunning, modern house in Alderley Edge that was offered as a prize in an Omaze draw.

It was won by mother Emily Ward with a £25 ticket and she is still listed as the property owner.

The large house was said to be available for rent at about £20,000 per month, and it’s also currently for sale.
