At the tail end of last month, the continuation of Bad Bunny’s collaboration with adidas was unveiled, showcasing their latest Ballerina design. This model, inspired by adidas’ Taekwondo line, initially came in colors “Off White” and “Core Black”. However, a striking new colorway, “Bold Gold”, has since emerged as the debut version of this shoe.
In this latest look at the adidas Ballerina shoe, the upper is highlighted by a radiant “Bold Gold” color on both suede and fabric, contrasted by black accents on the Three Stripes and heel tab. A new “benito” logo, gleaming in gold, sits above the lateral stripes. The sole unit, branded “adidas para Bad Bunny,” sports a gum finish. As mentioned in previous previews, a white size tag with black text is visible on the heel to round out its design.
As I write this, neither Bad Bunny nor adidas have made an official statement about the release of this “Bold Gold” version of their Ballerina design. However, it’s expected to be launched through certain retailers like Sneaker Politics next month, with a starting price of $120 USD.
