In late February 2025, the action survival game titled “Once Human,” developed by NetEase Games, is planning to start a new phase of cross-platform closed beta testing. This test will be accessible for both Android and iOS users, running non-stop from February 28th until March 31st, 2025.

The Once Human cross-platform closed beta is open for players across all regions

Introduced for early access in Canada during 2021, Once Human is an adventure game that merges supernatural elements with open-world survival experiences. The game has undergone numerous tests since 2022, catering to both PC and mobile platforms. The latest test was completed in September 2024.

As a gaming enthusiast like yourself, what makes this test stand out is that it allows me to effortlessly switch between playing on my PC and mobile device. If you’re eager to jump in and enjoy the game, all you need is an invitation. Simply complete the survey, regardless of where you’re from (except South Korea). If you’re fortunate enough to be selected, you’ll receive an in-game email granting you beta access. The good news is that downloads for the chosen participants will commence starting on February 27, 2025.

You’ll enjoy unrestricted gameplay across all available scenarios, but remember that the mobile version is currently under development, so certain aspects may vary from the final version. The beta phase offers the ability to save and continue your progress, as well as access to all scenarios, with cross-platform compatibility between platforms such as Loading Bay, Steam, and the Epic Games Store.
