On Monday, Maisie Williams playfully displayed her humorous personality at the glamorous British Vogue x GQ BAFTA Fashion & Film afterparty, where stars were in attendance.
As a lifestyle enthusiast, I can’t help but share a chuckle-worthy moment from my recent experience. You see, at an extravaganza not too long ago, I found myself in a humorous situation when I felt the need for a brief interlude – let’s just say it involved a quick dash to the powder room, much like Game of Thrones star, 27, did during the bash.
In the photograph, the actress is pictured smiling brightly while raising her black mini-puff dress for the camera.
she labeled her post as: “Wrapping up thirst traps before the end of the world, in collaboration with British Vogue, British GQ, Chimamanda Ngozi Adichie, and Adam Baidawi.
At the party, Maisie displayed her unique fashion flair in a mini black puff-sleeved dress paired with tights and sharp stilettos.
The actress further accessorised with black diamond drop earrings and a black headband.

2025’s EE BAFTA Awards made a comeback for an evening filled with excitement, honoring the outstanding movies of the year and the innovative artists who breathe life into them on screen.
For six years, the prestigious event was hosted at the Royal Albert Hall. However, in 2023, it found a new residence, shifting to the Southbank Centre’s Royal Festival Hall, where it plans to return.
The EE BAFTA Film Awards encompass 25 competitive categories which are decided by BAFTA members.
The performance is set to unveil fresh innovations, among them being a brand-new category for Children’s and Family Films. This category aims to honor exceptional movies that captivate audiences of all ages.
For the first time in five years, a fresh category will take center stage, signifying the introduction of a brand-new EE BAFTA Film Award after a gap of five years.
A fresh innovation has been implemented in the Outstanding British Film category, which now involves a revamped method for the voting process.
In the Thriller Conclave, a remarkable achievement was set with 12 nominations in total, whereas Emilia Perez followed closely with 11 nominations, and The Brutalist garnered 9.
At home now, the film “Conclave” has received double the number of nominations at this year’s British Academy Film Awards (BAFTAs) compared to its nominations at the Golden Globe Awards held in Los Angeles last month.

In this gripping film featuring Ralph Fiennes, Stanley Tucci, and Isabella Rossellini, we delve into the clandestine and pressure-filled election of a new Pope. Here, raw power, unyielding ambition, and hidden personal matters create a volatile mix as rival cardinals engage in fierce competition.
The winning title surpassed the runner-up, the Spanish drama “Emilia Perez,” which received 11 nominations at the BAFTAs following its acquisition of 10 awards at the U.S. awards event.
As a lifestyle connoisseur, I must express my disappointment in this year’s awards season, particularly with regards to “Gladiator 2.” Despite its undeniable excellence and the outstanding performance of our talented Irish lead, Paul Mescal, both have been overlooked by the judges. It’s disheartening to see such a remarkable film and actor not recognized in the Best Film and Best Actor categories at the BAFTAs.
62-year-old Demi Moore, who received her first acting award at the Globes for Substance, has been nominated in the Leading Actress category alongside Cynthia Erivo from Wicked (age 38) and Saoirse Ronan (age 30), for the Outrun.
As a seasoned connoisseur of the world’s artistic scene, I firmly believe that the recent acknowledgment of my work by the esteemed British Academy Film Awards (BAFTA) has significantly boosted my prospects for claiming the coveted Oscar accolade. This recognition is undoubtedly a significant step towards realizing my lifelong dream within the illustrious film industry.
In other BAFTA nominations, Jeremy Strong and Kieran Culkin from the show Succession are set to compete against each other in the category of Supporting Actor. Their riveting performances in “A Real Pain” and the movie about Donald Trump, titled “The Apprentice,” have earned them this recognition.
Simultaneously, Adrien Brody’s movie “The Brutalist” has been nominated for nine British Academy Film Awards. Additionally, both “Dune Part 2” and “Wicked” have earned seven nominations each.
In the 2024 movie ‘Back To Black’, Marisa Abela’s outstanding performance as Amy Winehouse has earned her the front-runner position among nominees for the EE BAFTA Rising Star Award.
On Tuesday, the following five individuals were revealed as finalists: Marisa, Jharrel Jerome, David Jonsson, Mikey Madison, and Nabhaan Rizwan.
Coincidentally, David, Nabhaan and Marisa were all stars of BBC drama Industry.

Sara Putt, the head of BAFTA, expressed to the Press Association news agency that this year’s BAFTA nomination list showcases an ‘absolutely fantastic diversity.’
She noted: “However, if you examine the top ten films under ‘Best Film’, it seems like you have six distinct film genres represented there.
In a variety of genres, such as science fiction, comedy, horror, drama, and even musicals, there are numerous nominations. Remarkably, within the horror genre, classics like Nosferatu, The Substance, and Heretic have also been recognized.
Hey there! As a die-hard movie enthusiast, I must say, the range of films in my collection, from “Wicked” to “Kneecap,” is simply astounding. The variety it offers, spanning such vast genres, is truly exhilarating!
Winning this award is considered a stepping stone towards achieving A-list stardom, with past recipients such as Tom Holland, James McAvoy, Tom Hardy, Lashana Lynch, and Kristen Stewart among them.
David Tennant will take to the stage to host the BAFTAs for a second year in a row.
The actor, 53, first hosted the awards show last year, taking over from Richard E Grant.

Without a doubt, he’s expected to showcase his charm and wit, given his highly praised first appearance which captivated an audience of more than 3.8 million viewers at home.
Over 20 million times, the ceremony highlights were viewed on social media by enthusiastic fans revisiting the event.
Although Prince William, the head of BAFTA, is typically joined by Kate on the red carpet, it’s unlikely that the Welsh couple will show up at this year’s event.
Last year, Kate didn’t attend the awards as she announced in a video shared on March 22 that she had been diagnosed with cancer. Consequently, Prince William graced the red carpet by himself at the Baftas.
