Mercedes-Benz Unveils Second Luxury Tower for Miami
Mercedes-Benz and JDS Development Group have initiated sales for the second tower of Mercedes-Benz Places in Miami, marking the luxury car company’s debut into U.S. real estate. This announcement was made concurrently with the unveiling of a brand-new Sales Gallery, providing a sneak peek at the project’s design and amenities such as the Silver Arrow Lounge—an exclusive rooftop area for residents, inspired by Mercedes-Benz’s rich racing history.
Building Two upholds the project’s dedication to enduring style and groundbreaking concepts by blending Mercedes-Benz’s distinctive looks into its structure design. This 67-story tower, designed in collaboration with SHoP Architects and Woods Bagot, embodies Mercedes-Benz’s Sensual Purity philosophy, which is reflected in its stacked, slightly offset volumes. The residences will offer floor-to-ceiling windows, custom kitchens, and bathrooms inspired by spas for a luxurious living experience.
Situated within Southside Park, this new development will blend landscape architecture by Field Operations, providing residents with meandering trails, green areas, and sports courts for leisure. The expansive 2.5-million-square-foot project will feature approximately 800 homes, a 174-room hotel, high-end office spaces, and around 130,000 square feet of amenities.
By 2027, it’s anticipated that the Mercedes-Benz Places project will significantly alter Miami’s skyline. This development aims to offer a unique urban living experience, seamlessly combining automotive artistry with contemporary architecture. Currently, sales for Tower 2 are being managed by SERHANT.
