She expressed gratitude as she politely replied, ‘Thank you, judge.’

Lawyers representing the celebrity asserted to the judge that Lanez has persistently attempted to mislead the public regarding the specifics of the case. A fabricated account about his supposed ‘innocence’ being upheld by an appeals court was presented on X/Twitter last autumn, according to Billboard’s reporting.
