Simultaneously, her spouse, Jay-Z (age 55), was implicated in a child rape charge, along with Combs (also 55), in a civil lawsuit initiated by lawyer Tony Buzbee. This lawsuit was originally filed in December and stems from the MTV Video Music Awards held in the year 2000.
