Vanessa Feltz’s Ex Ben Ofoedu Engaged After One Month of Dating New Girlfriend

52-year-old former partner of Vanessa Feltz, Ben Ofoedu, has shared that he is now engaged to his new love, Vanessa Brown, who is 29 years old, following just one month of their relationship.

During a trip to New York over the holidays, Ben unexpectedly proposed to his partner by getting down on one knee in Central Park, right before Valentine’s Day.

According to a source, Vanessa was utterly taken aback. While strolling through the park, discussing their shared memories of Elf, Ben unexpectedly popped the question.

After the event, it’s been reported that they chose to toast their happiness with champagne at The Plaza Hotel. They’re currently preparing for a cozy, private wedding ceremony towards the end of this year instead.

Last April, Ben encountered aesthetics specialist Vanessa, a native of Carlisle, during a gala event where he was performing with the band Boyz on Block. Later on, she invited him to be a guest on her podcast titled The Late Late Aesthetics Show.

However, it wasn’t until Ben broke up with his former girlfriend, Precious Muir, in November due to their differing visions for the future, that the couple developed romantic feelings for each other.

According to sources familiar with the situation, Ben, who was in a long-term relationship with Vanessa Feltz from This Morning for 16 years until their split in 2023 due to infidelities, is now referring to his new partner as “Vanessa 2.0”.

Forty-year-old Precious stated then: “Ben requires a companion ready for immediate settlement and having kids as soon as possible.

Given the gap in our ages, I prefer to postpone things a bit more, ideally around five years from now. The future is unpredictable.

Originally, the two were planning to get married, but later, Ben claimed that Vanessa, who joined E4’s Celebs Go Dating after their breakup, continued to stay with him primarily to feel more youthful.

After being a couple planning to marry, Ben stated that Vanessa remained with him mainly to boost her feeling of youthfulness following their separation, as she participated in E4’s Celebs Go Dating.

He shared that he was deeply in love, but it seemed as though she was only keeping him around for appearances, while he yearned for something more substantial like marriage and children, and a genuine affection.

To her, I seemed more like an inconvenience rather than someone important. She saw me as a refreshing, younger companion who added a touch of vitality to her image.
