Noah Beck hits the beach in a wetsuit for Baywatch reboot… amid shocking accusations his teacher sister groomed a male student

Noah Beck returned to filming the ‘Baywatch’ reboot while his sister faced serious allegations of grooming a high school student.

Twenty-four-year-old TikTok star and actor was spotted filming a project on a Los Angeles beach on Tuesday, April 7th, alongside his co-stars Hassie Harrison and Shay Mitchell, both wearing swimsuits.

Beck, known for his muscular build, briefly wore a black wetsuit while chatting with the team making the show Baywatch.

In early March, it was officially announced that Beck would be a main cast member on Fox’s upcoming new show, which is generating a lot of excitement.

He expressed his deep gratitude and excitement, saying he felt honored to be involved in such a legendary project when he shared the news with his fans.

As a lifestyle expert, I was on set when production for the new Baywatch series officially started on March 14th! It was so exciting – the whole cast, including myself, Livvy Dunne, and Stephen Amell, all gathered for our very first cast photo. A great moment marking the beginning of this reboot!

The reboot also stars bikini model Brooks Nader and newcomer Jessica Belkin.

Even with the upsetting situation involving his sister Haley Beck, Beck seemed focused and professional while working on set Tuesday.

The social media personality hasn’t spoken publicly about claims that she had an inappropriate relationship with a male student at her high school in Peoria, Illinois.

According to a police report obtained by KPHO, she reportedly had an inappropriate relationship with a student at Centennial High School that lasted several months.

The school district has accused the 27-year-old teacher of starting an inappropriate relationship with a student before he turned 18, beginning in December 2024. She is now being investigated.

Detectives stated that the student claims Haley harassed him while he was a sophomore and junior, during the time he took her psychology and sociology classes.

A police report of nearly 200 pages details how Haley, an employee at the school since 2020, provided a student with gifts, food, drugs, and alcohol. She also paid him over $600 and let him use her car.

Investigators say Haley reportedly helped the student improve their grades and attendance, and also gave them preferential treatment in class.

Honestly, it was really disturbing to read the details of this relationship. She actually referred to herself as his ‘sugar momma’ and, in a message to him, admitted it felt uncomfortably close to prostitution. It’s a really sad situation, and highlights how damaging these kinds of dynamics can be. As someone who looks at relationships a lot, it’s a stark reminder of the importance of healthy boundaries and mutual respect.

According to police, Haley and the student exchanged over 4,000 text messages in a little over six weeks, discussing illegal and sexually explicit topics.

No formal criminal charges have been filed against Haley, as of Sunday.

As a lifestyle expert, I’m always emphasizing healthy boundaries, and this case is a stark reminder of why. The investigation revealed that while this alleged inappropriate relationship was happening, another teacher, Angela Burlaka, made and shared nude videos that somehow ended up on the student’s phone. It’s a deeply concerning situation highlighting incredibly poor judgment and a complete disregard for professional ethics.

Okay, so I’ve been digging, and it turns out Professor Burlaka – he’s 47 and married, can you believe it? – was actually saying her name in the recording! I mean, I heard it myself when I got my hands on the documents. It’s just… everything is adding up, you guys. It’s so obvious!

Last July, the victim’s grandmother discovered troubling videos on his phone and immediately contacted the police, which led to the investigation, according to the report.

Following the investigation’s start, allegations of sexual misconduct involving Haley emerged. According to police reports, the mother of the alleged victim stated she knew her son was sexually involved with a teacher named Haley Beck.

Officials said the teenager and his family were unwilling to work with detectives because they worried it could jeopardize his chances of getting athletic scholarships for college.

Meanwhile, Haley appeared to have known that Burlaka was allegedly involved with the same student.

In a text message detailed in the report, she acknowledged the situation wasn’t ideal, but pointed out they were at least closer in age. She also expressed her dislike of being compared to Mrs. B.

Police found another note Haley had written to the student while searching her apartment.

Despite knowing this relationship is wrong, I feel like we’ve had a really good time together. I honestly wouldn’t want to go through this with anyone else.

Records show that Centennial High School Principal Scott Hollabaugh provided Haley’s name to police when they started investigating Burlaka.

According to records, he informed police he’d gotten several complaints about Haley from both students and staff.

Once the investigation began, Burlaka willingly gave up her teaching licenses in Arizona, but Haley did not.

A spokesperson for the Peoria Unified School District stated that the district and school board prioritize the safety of students and thoroughly investigate any concerns raised.

When the concerns were first brought to our attention, we didn’t have enough evidence to legally suspect abuse, and no other information confirmed those concerns.

The District followed its policies, the law, and standard procedures in handling this situation. After reviewing the issue, we took the necessary steps to resolve the concerns.

Because of ongoing legal proceedings, we can’t share further information at this time. However, we continue to prioritize a safe, welcoming, and helpful environment for all students and staff.

The Peoria Unified School District’s governing board voted unanimously to fire her during a meeting on March 26th. She has until April 8th to request a hearing to appeal the decision.

At the meeting, a parent voiced her concerns about the district’s decision, explaining that families entrust their children to the schools for a significant amount of time – ten months out of the year, five days a week, for seven hours each day.

As someone who often talks about creating safe environments for families, I’m relieved to see individuals like Haley Beck facing consequences for their horrific actions. It’s vital that predators are held accountable to the fullest extent of the law, and I’m glad to see that happening in this case. Protecting children is always the top priority, and this sends a strong message that abuse will not be tolerated.

Haley hasn’t been officially charged with anything yet. The Peoria Police Department has sent the investigation details back to the County Attorney’s Office for them to look at again.

Police have asked the Maricopa County Attorney’s Office to file charges against Haley for encouraging prostitution and against Burlaka for seriously endangering a child for sexual exploitation.

The police received the recommendations back in February after the attorney’s office finished reviewing them, and are now continuing their investigation.

When contacted by the Daily Mail, Haley sent over a statement from her legal team.

According to her lawyer, Matthew Long of Long & Simmons Law, Ms. Beck is confident the ongoing investigation will show she hasn’t committed any crimes and respects the legal process.

Ms. Beck, like anyone being investigated, has the right to a fair process. We believe a thorough review will show she did nothing wrong, Long stated.

Noah Beck and his sister, Tatum, were raised in Peoria by their parents, Amy and Tim Beck.

Beck became popular online in 2020 thanks to videos on TikTok, and now has over 33 million TikTok followers and nearly 8 million on Instagram.

He dated fellow influencer Dixie D’Amelio publicly for two years, but they broke up in 2022.

The Daily Mail reached out to Noah Beck, Burlaka, the Peoria Unified School District, and the Peoria Police Department for a statement.
