Diddy Accused of Shocking Club Assault

A woman has filed a lawsuit against Sean ‘Diddy’ Combs, alleging that he made threats towards her, coerced her into drinking something, and sexually assaulted her over eight years back.

A female filer, aged 55, submitted a lawsuit against Combs in the New York State Supreme Court, as People disclosed on Thursday following an examination of related court records.

In legal documents, the woman stated that the event with the three-time Grammy winner took place at Club Playhouse in Los Angeles during November of 2016.

Nine months following an incident at a city hotel where Diddy, now 53, was seen on camera assaulting his former girlfriend Cassie Ventura, who is 38 years old, this topic resurfaced when Kanye West, aged 47, voiced support for Diddy’s actions in the altercation through a series of surprising tweets last week.

On Thursday evening, lawyers representing Sean Combs (who denies all allegations made against him) issued a statement to Dailymail.com in reaction to the most recent lawsuit.

Regardless of the number of lawsuits filed, including those from people who are unwilling to personally vouch for their allegations, it won’t alter the truth that Mr. Combs has never engaged in any form of sexual assault or sex trafficking – be it against men, women, adults, or minors. This is the stance taken by Mr. Combs’ legal team.

In today’s world, it’s possible for anyone to bring a lawsuit for almost any reason. However, thankfully, there’s an unbiased and just legal system in place to determine the facts. Mr. Combs remains hopeful that he will be vindicated in this matter through the court process.

A Houston-based attorney named Tony Buzbee is standing up for a woman, as well as over 100 other individuals, who have accused Diddy (Combs) of various offenses.

We’re excited to spearhead this legal action and anticipate filing additional cases before this week ends,” Buzbee shared with Dailymail.com via an email on Thursday night.

In legal documents, the woman asserted that her first encounter with the hip-hop tycoon and his close associates took place at the Hollywood club, Club Playhouse, during her visit to that specific location.

The man suggested a drink to the woman, but according to her legal documents, she declined his offer. Afterward, he started behaving aggressively towards her instead.

According to court documents, the woman claimed that the artist behind I’ll Be Missing You made the following statement to her: “Girl, I’m not requesting of you. Drink that stuff and be quiet.

In the court documents, the woman stated that she found herself involuntarily consuming the drink because the owner of Bad Boy Records started exerting pressure on her, and then he forcefully moved the glass towards her.

The outlet noted that ‘the complaint does not allege that the drink was spiked.’

I assert that, following my consumption of the drink, Mr. Combs began verbally harassing me in a sexual manner. He subjected me to disrespectful comments during this incident.

Lawyers for the woman stated in legal documents that the defendant ‘inserted his left hand into her skirt aggressively, reaching underneath to touch her inappropriately while making disrespectful comments such as “I do whatever I please, accept this,”.’

At the moment, combs were clinging to her, and when she attempted to pull away, he seemed delighted by her discomfort, almost enjoying her predicament. This was according to her statements made in court documents.

In the court document, the woman stated that eventually, Combs allowed her to leave the premises. However, upon taking a taxi back to the hotel where she was residing during her visit, she felt quite uncomfortable.

In the court document, the woman stated that she felt weak, unsteady, and needed help to stay upright, as well as support from the hotel staff to get back to her room. The staff members quickly responded to her predicament and helped her return to her room.

In her court filing, the woman stated that as a result of the assault, she sustained tears and bruises around her vaginal area.

Combs denies the allegations of sex trafficking following his arrest in September. He’s been held at the Metropolitan Detention Center in Brooklyn since then, as he was denied bail on several instances and is now set for trial on May 5th.

In the federal case against Combs, prosecutors claim that the music magnate resorted to threats and violent measures when trying to keep silent those who could potentially incriminate him.

One of the allegations leveled against the entertainer involves accusations that he coerced women into participating unwillingly in sexually explicit group performances known as ‘Freak Offs.’

5 months have passed since the performer of “Can’t Nobody Hold Me Down” has been kept in federal detention, following his September 16th arrest in Manhattan due to allegations involving sex trafficking and racketeering.

The individual named Combs, accused not only of engaging in prostitution but also of arranging transport for it, has unsuccessfully tried three times to secure bail. This is due to the court’s apprehension that he might try to escape or manipulate his case.

Throughout most of 2024, he made headlines before his arrest, following police raids at various locations in March, and the public release of a video showing him attacking Cassie on CNN in May.
