Millie Mackintosh Stuns in Sizzling Sauna Bikini Selfie!

On a chilly Wednesday, I took to Instagram to share a steamy post-sauna selfie showcasing my well-toned abs, as inspired by Millie Mackintosh‘s flawless physique.

35-year-old Made In Chelsea celebrity shared a glimpse of herself on her social media story, dressed in a stylish olive two-piece, showcasing her stunning physique to her followers.

She captioned the post: ‘Craving some sunshine but a sauna will do!’

In the hot photo, the TV personality chose to let down her golden hair and accessorized with multiple gold rings on her right hand, finishing off her appearance.

Millie’s sauna session is a part of her health improvement plan, which started after she stopped drinking over two years ago, when she realized she had been acting aggressively while intoxicated.

Originally appearing on “Made in Chelsea,” Millie’s initial storylines frequently centered around socializing, consuming alcohol, and quarrels with other cast members. These incidents, as she later asserted, allegedly hindered her personal relationships.

Last month, she confided in the Life Of Bryony podcast that she had inadvertently missed her eldest daughter’s school nativity performance, expressing it as, “it’s alright to make mistakes.

In a bonus episode from the chat, Millie also opened up on the time she made a mistake as a parent.

As a devoted mother, I found myself in a bit of a pickle last year when my daughter Sienna’s nativity play slipped my mind. Caught up in the whirlwind of life, I had entirely forgotten about it until I was reminded at the very last moment. Fortunately, I managed to make it on time, just as the event was beginning. It was a heartwarming experience, and I’m grateful that I didn’t miss it.

Recalling the situation, she said: ‘I forgot my daughters nativity. Her first one at school.

I didn’t realize it was today; I had a lot on my schedule and we were discussing her being an angel. Suddenly, it dawned on me that the event I was supposed to attend is happening now.

Feeling quite miserable, I realized I had made a mistake, similar to dropping a ball. I hurriedly left and arrived just as an event began. Unfortunately, I didn’t manage to secure a seat, so I ended up standing at the back.

‘It’s brutally hard but you have to be kind to yourself, and I’m telling myself this as well.

Remember to show compassion towards yourself, understanding that loving something or being flawless every day isn’t realistic. It’s alright to make mistakes, and it’s important to understand that none of us are perfect parents. We all face challenges and imperfections in our roles as caregivers.

In another part of the show, Millie shared her experiences battling alcohol addiction and getting into arguments with new acquaintances who happened to be women.

Millie spoke candidly about her past struggles with alcohol and the physical altercations she got involved in with strangers who were female, as revealed elsewhere during the episode.

Millie said she also lived in constant fear of being caught drunk on camera in the public eye.

She recalled a night when you’d visit a mother’s home, possibly around eight of you together, and it felt like an instance from the ‘Desperate Housewives of Chiswick’ series, where unexpectedly, I found myself engaged in a heated argument with a woman I had just been introduced to.

After that, I was struggling to find my keys for the door lock, causing Hugo Taylor and the baby to wake up. In that moment, I resembled a total disarray.

Millie additionally explained how alcohol negatively impacted her relationship with her husband, Hugo, leading to a continuous decline.

The mother-of-two said: ‘For me I’d actually started to get quite angry and nasty.

Instead of being furious with a stranger during a night out, my anger would build up towards the end of the evening and be directed specifically at him.

Back in 2011 when I became a household name on Made In Chelsea, I’ve always been haunted by the lingering fear that one day, I might get spotted tipsy on camera. It’s something that constantly crosses my mind as a devoted fan of my own public life.

She mentioned that the persistent anxiety of being unmasked never subsided, as she was always apprehensive about someone capturing her at her most vulnerable moments via a camera.

I was constantly anxious, worrying that photos might surface of me appearing intoxicated, always on edge, anticipating a phone call from my agent saying something along the lines of “Millie, where did these images come from?

On several occasions when using camera phones, I’ve found myself in situations where my actions from the previous night, particularly when I was drinking in public, left me anxious the following morning due to fear that someone might have shared photographs as proof online.

I confessed, “I find myself grappling with the challenge of attending these events and parties without indulging in alcohol, yet the prospect seems both daunting and exhilarating. Beyond this apprehension lies a breathtaking existence – one that’s worth embracing without delay.

‘It’s the ultimate self-love choice to put yourself first.’

Millie chose to consult with a sobriety guide, who has since assisted her and enabled her to abstain from alcohol for over two years.
