Strictly Champion Chris McCausland’s TikTok Training Injury: Ripped Apart from Ass to Shoulder!

However, Chris McCausland, winner of Strictly Come Dancing, disclosed an unexpected injury he sustained during the show. On the latest installment of The Jonathan Ross Show airing this coming Saturday, Chris opened up about the injuries he sustained during his training sessions.

He mentioned: ‘You should approach things as if you were an athlete, even though you aren’t one. It requires eight hours every day, for six days each week – it’s unyielding.’

In the initial stages, you might encounter minor injuries connected to the specific dance style you’re learning. Dancing the Jive can make you feel as if you’ve been riding a mule for a week.

Moreover, it was disclosed that Chris’s 11-year-old daughter, Sophie, broke into tears while watching the final event at home alongside her mother, Patricia.

He commented: “At home, my spouse and my child were the ones who watched it. My child became quite engrossed in it. She seemed rather anxious; I believe her apprehension may have stemmed from my own.

On the initial show, she was incredibly anxious, fearing that things might go awry, I might embarrass myself, trip, or any other mishap could occur. During our first dance move, when we separated to perform, she broke down in tears and missed the entire spectacle.

As a devoted partner, I’ve found myself in the midst of a dance-off at home with my wife. She persistently encouraged me to demonstrate some of my moves, and what struck me swiftly was my lack of patience when it comes to instructing others on the art of dancing.

Although he had achieved great success on Strictly Ballroom, the comedian declined the possibility of participating in Dancing On Ice.
