Jessica Simpson is now actively looking for a new home in Los Angeles, about a month after publicly announcing the end of her 10-year marriage with husband Eric Johnson to People magazine.

According to a source, it was revealed on Wednesday that she is deciding where she will start a fresh phase of her life with her children.

They haven’t made significant progress towards finalizing their divorce yet, as they are currently going through the process of legal separation.

Just prior to the company’s separation announcement, Jessica Simpson, age 44 and CEO of her eponymous collection, listed her Hidden Hills mansion for sale at a price of $17.9M. This grand estate, which boasts seven bedrooms and 13 bathrooms, was previously owned by The Osbournes and spans an area of 13,274 square feet. After residing there for 12 years, Jessica decided to put it up for sale on the real estate market.
