But fear not, fellow gamers! These allegations are nothing more than misleading claims that have been spreading across platforms such as QQ groups, Zhihu, and Bilibili. Kuro Games gathered an official letter from the OEM company to refute the false claims
In response to the assertions, Kuro Games has disclosed that Guangzhou Shizui Xiu Craft Design Co., Ltd., the manufacturer of the Shorekeeper figurines, has issued an official statement denying the accusations.
Kuro Games underscored their dedication to upholding honesty, clarifying that they “strictly adhere to the essence of contracts, and the rumors circulating about us are entirely unfounded.” They highlighted that these rumors have “gravely tarnished our company’s business reputation and significantly disrupted our regular business activities.
After securing the essential pieces of proof, Kuro Games intends to initiate legal proceedings once more. Their strategy involves filing both criminal charges and civil suits against users linked to QQ groups, Zhihu, and Bilibili. The goal is to bring justice to the individual(s) involved, in order to correct any misconceptions that may exist.
