Married At First Sight bride Jamie Marinos has never been one to hold back.

In an open conversation with Daily Mail Australia, the 28-year-old marketing manager shared insights into her romance with Dave Hand, her heated encounter with the villain Tim Gromie, and speculations about whether her fellow cast members are seeking love or simply fame.

Instead of rushing headlong into the physical aspects of their relationship during Intimacy Week, Jamie and Dave preferred to proceed at a comfortable speed for them both.

At that stage, we had only been intimate for about a week. However, it’s important to note that we took the time to get to understand one another first.

Despite the slow start, their chemistry was undeniable.

She clarified that she and Dave were equally determined to establish an emotional bond and learn more about each other before proceeding.

She admitted it felt strange for her to be the quiet one and seated beside her husband, who clearly stood out like a beacon of energy during the event.

‘I was like, that’s my role, so what the hell do I do?’ she laughed.

She playfully said, “I’m like a speedy little car, you’re my calm counterpart,” indicating their perfect harmony together.

Last week, Tim grabbed the spotlight amidst the drama, but groom Ryan hasn’t exactly managed to stay out of sight.

When questioned about whether he made inappropriate comments all through the season, Jamie chose not to speak up.

‘I can’t give too much,’ she teased.

Yet, she subtly suggested that his dubious actions might continue to unfold further on the screen.

She shared that it isn’t possible for her to alter their dialogue. After all, she has attended a live performance, and they simply deliver stunning lines, she expressed.

It seems there will likely be more exciting developments involving Ryan, and as usual, Jamie won’t hesitate to voice his opinion on the matter.

Each time a new season of Married at First Sight rolls around, the same query surfaces: Are participants seeking genuine love, or merely pursuing fame?

Jamie, never one to sugarcoat things, admitted that there’s a mix of intentions.

She noted that due to the influence of social media and the allure of appearing on reality TV shows, the outcome can be unpredictable, offering a combination of both positive and negative experiences.

However, she insisted that she came in with real intentions.

‘I honestly came on thinking I’m going to have it all. That’s the mentality I had,’ she revealed.
