First look at Bridgerton’s Simone Ashley in new British rom-com trailer

The initial trailer of the forthcoming romantic comedy titled “Picture This,” featuring Simone Ashley and Hero Fiennes Tiffin, is now available to watch.

In this movie, available on Amazon Prime Video, I’m thrilled to step into the shoes of Pia, a hardworking photographer facing challenges, as I prepare for my sister’s wedding. A mystical guru offers me an audacious prediction that sets the stage for an intriguing journey.

Following the revelation that “true love” and career advancement lie ahead on her next five dates, Pia finds both her personal and professional worlds disrupted upon the return of her former boyfriend and first love, Charlie (the hero).

The complete trailer reveals Pia’s efforts to carve out her unique journey amidst a loving yet slightly overprotective family, who encourage her to seek a romantic companion. It also offers brief glimpses of some uncomfortable dates, along with her growing reconciliation with Charlie.

Besides Simone and Hero, the actors in the movie Picture This are also Sindhu Vee, Luke Fetherston, Nikesh Patel, Adil Ray, Anoushka Chadha and Phil Dunster. Prarthana Moha is directing from a screenplay written by Nikita Lalwani.

As a dedicated admirer of all things brilliant, I’m thrilled to share that Simone, who enchants us as Kate Bridgerton on Netflix’s captivating period romance-drama, has stepped into the role of executive producer for an upcoming project titled “Picture This“. This intriguing opportunity is one I eagerly look forward to repeating in future endeavors.

Originally, when I received the script, there were numerous alterations I felt were necessary, which led us to completely reimagine it, she shared with Digital Spy. “I’m incredibly thankful that production company 42 MP stood behind me in implementing my desired script changes. Their support truly made a significant impact on me.

I was eager to incorporate various aspects of the movie production, including costumes and music. I have been particularly keen to include Kiran + Nivi in our soundtrack. They are a twin pop duo who left me amazed when I first saw their videos, prompting me to reach out to them through social media.

Picture This will stream on Prime Video from March 6.
