It has been reported that Gino D’Acampo allegedly embarrassed a dancer by proposing a threesome involving him and his co-star Fred Sirieix during the filming of their recent ITV series, Emission Impossible – following new accusations that producers disregarded complaints about the celebrity’s actions.

The 48-year-old TV cook is facing more than 40 accusations of sexually improper and threatening conduct spanning a 12-year timeframe. However, he disputes these allegations, stating that they cause him great sorrow.

In a video obtained by The Sun, recorded in October 2023 but not broadcasted, duo Gino (an Italian) and Fred (a Frenchman) embarked on a journey to Austria, learning the local folk dances there.

In a recent event, a renowned chef, who happens to be married, persistently inquired about a female dancer’s preference between Italian or French men, disregarding her assertions that she was already taken. It’s always fascinating to see how such interactions can sometimes transcend the boundaries of polite conversation.

In a later scene, during our on-stage performance, I playfully mimicked an action that was later misconstrued as inappropriate toward my fellow performer. Following this incident, I made a questionable comment suggesting a potential three-way engagement with the same individual. These actions have since been called into question, and I regret any discomfort or offense they may have caused.

‘No’ she replied firmly, before asking audience: ‘Everybody happy?’.

In response, the dancer denied the allegation once more: ‘It wasn’t me’, this reportedly prompted the family dance group to voice their concerns about the incident to the production company of the series.

According to reports, the production company received numerous grievances from cast and staff members during filming. These concerns were elevated to ITV when shooting was temporarily paused following a week spent filming in Austria.

It appears that Gino’s illness might have been a factor, but it should be noted that there had already been questions raised about his behavior prior to the cancellation of the shoot.

In the video, it’s clear that the dancers appeared uneasy while performing and Gino uttered several remarks that were inappropriately sexual towards them.

New allegations suggest that there were at least six instances where concerns over Gino’s conduct on television sets were expressed, spanning from the years 2018 to 2023.

It was reported by ITV News that an unidentified woman, who collaborated with the chef in 2021, described him as “very aggressive.

She stated that the situation was a form of harassment and misuse of authority, expressing fear during her time working with him in Italy.

He discarded every item he didn’t need by tossing it onto the floor near the team, making me collect them one by one. This process felt rather belittling.

He threw away each unwanted piece of equipment and left it for me to gather up, piece by piece, in front of the crew, which I found humiliating.

She informed a high-ranking staff member at Gordon Ramsay’s production company during the filming process that she had lodged a grievance concerning his actions.

According to reports from The Mirror, it seems that Fred publicly displayed his backing for Gino by liking his most recent Instagram post on a Sunday, although this action is now no longer visible on the post.

24 hours prior, Gino, free from worry, spent an evening out with his spouse Jessica Stellina Morrison and fellow actor Fred, only to have ITV sever ties with him the next day due to accusations of sexually inappropriate and bullying conduct.

However, prior to the latest headlines, Gino, Jessica, along with their shared children Luciano (age 22), Rocco (age 19) and Mia (age 12), had been spending a lively day out with their fellow actor Fred, aged 53.

In the Instagram video, the trio smiled and chuckled while making their entrance at the event, with Gino teasingly commenting that his wife had picked the wrong foreigner by holding hands with the Frenchman, Fred.

It appears that the Italian chef was discreetly left out of the TV show “Gordon, Gino and Fred: Road Trip” because he declined to agree to a moral clause in his contract, which would have given ITV the power to terminate him if his behavior during filming became inappropriate.

Meanwhile, Fred remains vocal in backing his friend Gino, as Gordon Ramsay maintains a quiet stance amidst the uproar.

Fred stands by his buddy Gino, while Gordon Ramsay keeps mum during all the commotion.

Lastly: Fred persists in supporting Gino, whereas Gordon Ramsay stays out of the stir.

Initially, it seemed as if celebrity cooks Gordon, Fred, and Gino were inseparable companions, journeying across Europe for their popular ITV show titled “Gordon, Gino and Fred’s European Getaway.

In 2023, Gino decided to leave the show due to what he described as ‘complexities with the contract’. Since then, it seems that their connection has significantly faded or deteriorated.

At the moment, he shared on Instagram: “I’ve chosen to stop recording Gordon, Gino, and Fred’s road trips from now on. This decision has no connection to either Gordon or Fred; our bond remains firm.

He expressed: “Given how complex and tense contracts can get, I place such a high value on my friendship with Gordon and Fred that I’d prefer to maintain our relationship over any potential disputes arising from the contract.

I’ve chosen to stop doing it from now on, as I hope to maintain friendships with those guys for a long, long time.

2018 marked the start of Gordon, Gino, and Fred’s travel adventure, and during the initial season, they embarked on a journey to discover their ancestral countries: Italy, France, and Scotland.

2020 saw them traveling to America, with a journey to Greece following in 2021, and a visit to Spain taking place in 2023. Amidst all this, they managed to fit in three holiday specials around Christmas.

Instead, The Sun stated that a source within ITV claimed that the separation was triggered by a string of requests from Gino that were presented to the Studio Ramsay production team, where Gordon Ramsay holds a co-founder and CEO position.

According to the source, it’s been suggested that the dispute wasn’t about money; instead, they all receive identical compensation.

Rather than Gino, who enjoys social gatherings, requested numerous conditions in his contract regarding work hours to allow for late nights and some extra sleep before filming. He prefers not to rise early, and this preference was clearly communicated.

He additionally preferred not to work for more than half a year, but considering their busy timetables, this wasn’t feasible.

After Gino left, Gordon openly expressed his annoyance towards his colleagues, stating on the Spencer Matthews-hosted podcast Big Fish that they helped make him appear more competent by adopting a casual demeanor.

According to the celebrity from Hell’s Kitchen, they are exceptional, marvelous, outstanding, and incredibly frustrating individuals. They’re incredibly lazy, making me appear more competent by comparison.

In about an hour, Gino fancies an espresso or getting his eyebrows shaped, while after that duration, Fred is longing for his croissant and eyeliner application.

He mentioned that despite getting along well, after about three to four days, there can be tension such as requests for more space in the bed or asking for some time apart. They seem to not put in much effort.

ITV faces a dilemma over whether to end its relationship with Gino, following allegations of inappropriate sexual conduct that span over a decade.
