Olivia Attwood takes a swipe at her mother-in-law as she says that ‘weddings do something to them’ in podcast recorded hours after her split from husband Bradley Dack

Just hours after announcing her separation from husband Bradley Dack, Olivia Attwood hinted at issues with her mother-in-law, suggesting that weddings can alter people’s personalities, during a recent podcast appearance.

Love Island star, age 34, has reportedly split from her footballer husband after just two years of marriage, and sources say a divorce is likely.

Olivia recently spoke about her relationship with Bradley’s mother on her podcast, ‘The Sunday Roast,’ co-hosted with her friend Pete Wicks. This was her first public appearance since announcing her separation.

They were talking about the drama caused by Brooklyn Beckham’s recent claim that his mother, Victoria, interfered with his first dance with his wife, Nicola Peltz, at their wedding in 2022.

Pete explained that the situation began when Marc Anthony complimented Victoria, calling her the most beautiful woman there, and then asked Brooklyn to come onstage and dance with her.

Honestly, when Olivia spoke, it felt like she was suggesting it wasn’t a coincidence at all. She seemed to think he was intentionally trying to shift the focus to Victoria and her family – almost like he was saying, ‘Look at how wealthy and influential Nicola’s family is, with their amazing home,’ and then offering a little spotlight moment to Victoria. It felt pretty calculated, if I’m being honest.

Pete reportedly said something harsh about the bride, dismissing her feelings since it wasn’t her own wedding. Olivia then explained that having been married herself, she understands how weddings affect mothers, suggesting they undergo a significant emotional change when their children get married.

Responding to a comment from Olivia, Pete playfully greeted his friend’s mother, writing, ‘Hi Jen, hope you’re doing well!’

Olivia explained that the situation felt completely inappropriate, like two prominent families competing for attention and power on the same day.

I’m hearing some sad news about Olivia and Bradley. Sources are telling me their relationship is definitely over, and divorce is on the horizon. Apparently, Bradley did something that really broke Olivia’s trust, and it seems like there’s no going back from that.

Olivia used to live in Cheshire with her footballer husband, but after rumors surfaced about trouble in their marriage, she moved to an apartment in London.

Olivia, now 34, and Bradley, 32, first became a couple in 2015. Years later, Olivia found fame on the show Love Island in 2017, after she discovered Bradley had been unfaithful early in their relationship.

Olivia and Bradley got back together several months after her brief relationship with Chris Hughes ended. Bradley then proposed to her during a romantic trip to Dubai in 2019.

According to recent reports, the couple is divorcing after two years of marriage, following their wedding at the Bulgari Hotel in London. Sources say the relationship is definitively over.

This Morning’s host, also known for her dating show Bad Boyfriends – which is based on experiences from a previous relationship – was seen entering the KISS radio studios on Sunday. She was there to co-host her show with Pete Wicks.

A source revealed: ‘Olivia and Bradley have had a long relationship full of ups and downs.

Despite challenges like distance, demanding jobs, and past issues caused by Bradley, they’ve always found a way to work through things and stay together.

Olivia and Bradley, who first met over ten years ago, are divorcing after Olivia was deeply hurt by a recent betrayal of trust from Bradley.

Their relationship had a rocky start with several breaks, so some wondered if this split was just another temporary issue. However, this time, the breakup is permanent.

Okay, so Olivia finally realizes she has to do this, really end things. It’s killing her, honestly, it absolutely is, but she thinks it’s the only way – the only way – to make sure everything ends as peacefully as it can. She wants it to be okay, even though it’s devastating, you know?

The documentary filmmaker from ITV has been sharing her marital difficulties with her followers for the past year.

I remember back in September, when people started asking about her relationship, she acknowledged things had been really tough for her and her partner the past six months. It all came after photos surfaced of her looking quite cozy with Pete Wicks on a boat in Ibiza, which understandably caused a lot of speculation.

As Olivia’s career flourished, with her TV shows, like Getting Filthy Rich, being renewed for more seasons, work began to take over her relationship with Bradley. They found themselves constantly struggling to balance their demanding schedules.

She told the Daily Mail that she and Brad are honest about the ups and downs in their relationship, admitting the past six months have been particularly difficult.

Our work always comes first, and we’re constantly balancing that with our relationship.

Long-term relationships require consistent effort, and that’s just a reality of being an adult.

‘No one else really wants to say that part out loud but it is difficult at times.

We like sharing positive moments on Instagram, but we want to be honest – life isn’t always perfect. There have been challenges, and things haven’t been easy for everyone involved. It’s been a complicated situation with a lot going on.

Everyone makes mistakes – I’ve definitely made some, and so has Brad. It’s tempting to present a perfect image, but if you look closely, you’ll see that nobody is flawless.

When the couple left their house in Cheshire in December, people began to worry that their relationship problems were more serious than Olivia had let on.

They had planned to purchase a new home nearer to London because Bradley had joined Gillingham F.C., and Olivia was finding herself needing to travel to the capital more and more for work.

The celebrity spent Christmas at The Corinthia hotel in London because Olivia was having a difficult time adjusting to their new home and managing everything over the holidays.

Just before news of their split became public, Olivia went to Germany with her family for her father’s birthday celebration, but her husband wasn’t with them.

As a lifestyle observer, I’ve been following the buzz, and it’s hard to miss that some people noticed Olivia wasn’t wearing her wedding ring in recent TikTok videos with her family. It definitely sparked some conversation, and naturally, people are curious!

After their breakup, Olivia stopped following Bradley on Instagram. For months before that, she’d been careful not to share pictures of them together, as she didn’t want people to think they were still happy as a couple.
