According to sources near Baldoni, the judge did not grant what Ms. Lively requested from the court: a gag order preventing Blake’s deposition by Bryan and dismissal of the entire case against them. In other words, the court did not make a decision in her favor.

The statement reads as follows: ‘Individuals not associated with celebrity Ms. Lively have endured significant harm because of her misleading statements, and they eagerly await their chance to present the facts in a court setting.’

According to reports from TMZ, Baldoni’s actions such as launching a site displaying court documents about the film’s production, which include text messages and other media, are being seen as a ‘distraction tactic’ or ‘side show against the main claim.’

Previously, Baldoni’s team indicated that the documents submitted to the court and posted online provide clarity regarding the actions of both parties, thereby adding another layer to the ongoing dispute between the main actors in the romantic drama series.

In December, Lively filed a lawsuit against Baldoni, alleging instances of sexual harassment that occurred during the film’s production. This movie turned out to be a success when it was released in theaters in August.
