Kendall, the oldest child of Caitlyn and Kris Jenner, shared that her first DIY home construction project is almost complete, as depicted in a picture featuring a grand, wooden abode adorned with appealing latticework windows.

According to a recent report by Hello, it seems that the homebuilding projects of the woman born in Los Angeles are a creative triumph. This is because they display her distinctive earthy color scheme and abundant dark wood accents, while also incorporating a fun, retro-inspired tiling design as an added touch.

Initially, it wasn’t obvious where Kendall planned to construct her new dwelling; representatives from Kendall were contacted by Dailymail.com for clarification.

A fresh photo posted by Kendall showcases a spacious, peak-roofed area within the evolving residence, as construction work continues.

The home’s hallway boasted dark green wooden wainscoting, as depicted in the photographs, whereas another part of the house blended green-tinted glass panels with arched royal blue mosaic tiles.

One of the bathrooms exuded a vintage charm, featuring marbled-like, red-and-white checkerboard shower tiles accented by golden shower faucets.

The floor sported construction tape, featuring a pattern that matched its maroon and white tiled surface.

In another bathroom at home, you’ll find a classic hue of green tiles adorning the shower area, accompanied by dark wooden panels along the sides.

In another instance, Kendall demonstrated the intricate development behind an artwork by arranging a collection of color samples on a wooden tabletop.

Previously, Kendall acquired a Spanish-style mansion worth approximately $8.5 million in Beverly Hills, California back in 2017. This residence is now adorned with various antique pieces, a style that seems to be influencing her latest property projects.

The house sits on a vast, lakeside estate, as reported by House Beautiful, and it spans over two floors.

Kendall is teaming up with the design firm Heidi Caillier Design, headquartered in Seattle, for their latest mansion project, according to House Beautiful.

The Interior Design Studio expressed that this particular house brings them immense joy! They shared similar images on Instagram on Wednesday.

The changing dwelling received praise from several commentators on the page of the well-known design company, boasting over 303,000 followers, was highly commended.
