Tania Buckley Cashes In: Sells Toorak Mansion for $13 Million After Nathan Split!

Tania Buckley recently completed the sale of the Toorak mansion that she and her ex-husband, AFL legend Nathan Buckley, previously owned, for a price tag of approximately $13 million.

The sale netted Tania over $9million profit after the home was on the market for one year.

18 years after getting married in 2002, this couple declared their separation in 2020. They acquired that property for approximately $3.92 million back in 2007.

Nevertheless, the sale price was noticeably lower than the initial asking price Tania set for it when she initially listed it a year ago.

In March 2024, a lavish two-story house with five bedrooms and six bathrooms, situated in Toorak, was listed for sale, boasting a staggering asking price of $18 million.

Tania listed the Tudor-style home after splitting from Nathan.

The former couple called the lavish spread home for more than a decade. 

In the divorce agreement, Tania received the property and initially set its market value between 16 million and 18 million dollars when she put it up for sale.

As per an article in the Herald Sun, potential buyers in Melbourne submitted offers significantly lower than Tania’s desired maximum price.

The beautiful house is designed in a traditional Tudor Revival style, boasting spacious living areas of impressive scale, French smoked oak herringbone floors, and large picture windows.

Features of note are a home theater, a personal office, and two small kitchens along with a contemporary kitchen design.

Additionally, there’s a wine cellar with 500 bottles, an outdoor swimming pool, a spacious double garage, and each upstairs bedroom comes equipped with its own private balcony.

They announced their separation on Tania’s Instagram account about a year earlier, making it public.

They share two teenage sons, Jett, 18, and Ayce, 16, who have lived with Tania at the mansion.

In a recent development, Nathan is once more experiencing the joys of love, and at present, he’s seeing a 36-year-old business manager named Brodie Ryan. This relationship became public knowledge in October 2022.

In January, Tania broke her silence over engagement rumours with new boyfriend Macus ‘Marco’ Kelly.

She was seen leisurely walking through Melbourne’s Botanical Gardens accompanied by a friend while wearing the ring.
