Jonathan Bailey stars in Jurassic World Rebirth trailer and fans have a lot to say

Jurassic World Rebirth has unveiled it’s first trailer today – and fans have a lot to say.

As a dedicated fan, I’m thrilled about the upcoming movie in the Jurassic World series, which will be its fourth installment and the seventh overall. Five years have passed since the events of Jurassic World Dominion, and now, our planet seems less than friendly to dinosaurs as their ecosystem has largely deteriorated.

Surviving species dwell in secluded equatorial regions with climates similar to their original habitats. Among these, the three largest beings in this tropical ecosystem are believed to possess the secret to a remarkable drug that could save countless human lives.

In the movie, Scarlett Johansson portrays Zora Bennett, a skilled operative in covert operations, tasked with assembling a team to retrieve DNA samples from three different dinosaur species. She shares the screen with Jonathan Bailey, known for his role in ‘Bridgerton’, who takes on the character of Dr Henry Loomis, a paleontologist.

As a gaming enthusiast, I’m pumped about the latest official trailer that shows Zora and Henry joining forces. From what I gather, they’re chasing after a groundbreaking drug – a medical advancement described by Rupert Friend’s character as having the potential to save countless lives. Can’t wait to see how this unfolds!

The movie’s official Instagram account posted a trailer, captioned with “a new era has begun.” Fans immediately expressed their eagerness in the comment section below the post.

One fan expressed gratitude by saying, “I’m so thankful that jbayleaf is bringing Jurassic Park back to life,” while another enthusiastically stated, “I’d watch a hundred movies based on this, without a doubt! Let’s get started!

The third exclaimed, “This is fantastic!!!” as the fourth cheered, “Jonathan, Scarlett, and Luna, oh my goodness! We’re back together again!

The cast for “Jurassic World: Rebirth” looks incredible! It’s going to take the movie experience to a whole new level, according to what was shared on X.

Alongside Mahershala Ali, Manuel Garcia-Rulfo, Luna Blaise, and David Iacono, the cast features Gareth Edwards as the director.

Jurassic World Rebirth is released in cinemas on July 2, 2025.
