People watching the show Married At First Sight are taking inspiration from the brides’ beautiful hairstyles and trying to recreate them.
According to Danielle Louise, a hair and beauty expert at Fresha Marketplace, the most popular hair trends this week are rich, dark brunette shades – like those seen on Bec Zacharia – and bright, shiny blonde blow-dries, as worn by Gia Fleur.
One popular trend is the ‘clean girl’ aesthetic, characterized by simple hairstyles like buns and ponytails, as seen with Alissa Fay.
Louise explained that the hairstyles seen on reality TV are popular in salons because they strike a good balance – they look glamorous, but still seem like something people could actually achieve themselves.
These hairstyles aren’t just for photoshoots or runways. They’re achievable, everyday looks – think sleek blow-dries, rich brunette shades, beautiful blondes, and neat, modern haircuts – that anyone can wear with confidence.
If you want to recreate these brides’ styles, it’s helpful to bring inspiration photos or have a good understanding of what makes the look unique.
Often, clients focus too much on wanting a celebrity’s hairstyle without understanding the techniques and styling needed to achieve the look, according to the expert.
‘The more specific you are, the better your stylist can tailor it to you.’
Despite having a popular hairstyle, Alissa’s marriage ended on Tuesday’s episode of Married At First Sight.
Groom David Momoh left viewers, and his bride, stunned when he walked out on his Final Vows.
After being left at the altar, 33-year-old Alissa was forced to deliver her wedding vows to an empty room. Her 31-year-old husband had abandoned her right before the ceremony.
David has no regrets, revealing he simply didn’t care about his marriage anymore.
He admitted to Nine after the ceremony that he wasn’t interested in Alissa’s vows, and still isn’t.
I didn’t need any further explanation, or empty promises. Words didn’t matter when your actions clearly revealed your true feelings about me and the project.
David told his wife that he felt neglected and unimportant throughout their relationship, like he was constantly having to plead for her attention and affection.
He believed she was conceited, likely assuming he was overly infatuated with her, but he clarified that wasn’t the case.
David said he hadn’t intended to make a dramatic exit during the Final Vows, but explained that the moment just felt natural to him.
Fay has moved on with a new man after being dumped during Final Vows.
An Adelaide woman recently revealed she’s dating Nathan Ryles, a star from Australian Ninja Warrior. The couple was seen showing affection for each other at the beach on Wednesday, confirming their relationship.
According to New Idea, Alissa described 32-year-old Nathan as her soulmate, saying she’s never felt such a strong connection with anyone before.
