Additionally, his wife Shannon stood beside him during his triumphant moment, with the two often spotted having fun at various gatherings lately, such as the recent London Bridget Jones movie premiere.

In November 2023, it appears that a difficult period occurred for the duo as Jake developed a closer relationship with a female coworker, according to The Sun’s report.

It reportedly started around a few months after he got married to his wife, when he encountered a coworker at a company gathering. This relationship persisted for about five months, during which time they offered mutual support as they both faced challenges at home.

According to a source, they were experiencing some difficulties. The individual expressed deep regret. However, she was displeased, not just unhappy, and she directly addressed Jake about the issue, insisting that it needed to be resolved.

In time, they would often get together, providing solace and encouragement for each other. However, as days turned into weeks, Shannon began to harbor doubts about the nature of their friendship.

The article further states that Shannon had previously reached out to Jake’s coworker and his romantic partner, discussing her concerns with them, prior to their coffee meeting together.

It’s said that the issue was apparently settled when Jake assured his wife they were only friends, then apologized and decided to end their friendship due to her feelings.

The problem seemed to be fixed when Jake explained to his wife they were just friends, expressed regret, and chose to terminate their friendship out of consideration for her emotions.

According to a representative speaking on Jake’s behalf, his marriage with Shannon is of utmost significance to him. They’ve been companions for a decade now, and their happiness together remains strong.

Since 2015, Shannon and Jake have been a couple. They officially became married at the Daffodil Hotel & Spa in Grasmere during the month of September 2023.

After the champions of “Traitors,” Leanne and Jake, admitted that they sought help from a therapist due to the necessity of hiding their participation in the BBC show for several months, it was disclosed.

Leanne, who kept her military background with the British Army secret from her teammates, expressed feeling “swamped” or “inundated” about how the series concluded.

Besides commending the show, Jake also appreciated the diligence of their welfare support team who consistently reached out to him during each stage of the process.

The program features two mental health professionals: Victoria Plant, who holds a charter in psychology, and Tanya Taylor-Wright, a practicing psychotherapist. Additionally, the BBC has contracted a health and safety firm named RT Group, previously known as Remote Trauma.

He commented: ‘The welfare staff and the production have been fantastic. They’ve been taking good care of us and responding promptly whenever we needed them.’

They are simply reaching out to ensure everything is okay with us and providing as much assistance as necessary.

I haven’t had any doubts at all. It’s been as organized as a military campaign, with them consistently keeping tabs on things.

Experiencing this has shown me just how resilient I truly am. I used to believe that I was quite composed and steady, but now I realize I have more resilience within me than I ever imagined.

As a devoted follower, I found myself among an esteemed group of five contenders – Francesca Rowan-Plowden, Leanne, Alexander Dragonetti, Jake, and Charlotte Berman – as we prepared to face the final challenge.

However, it was the seasoned professional and team leader who skillfully outmaneuvered the traitors, ultimately lasting until the climactic end of the remarkable third season and securing victory.

In the most fiery roundtable yet, the Faithfuls banished the final Traitor of the series.

However, Charlotte, a director from Wales, kept her identity hidden as she departed the castle.

With only four contestants left, they pondered if another antagonist might emerge. The scrutiny fell notably upon Alexander, as he was the one subsequently eliminated from the game.

However, the game didn’t stop at that point, for the final three chose to expel someone else in a prolonged and tense final round.

Instead of choosing to expel Jake, it was ultimately Frankie who got kicked out of the castle, with Leanne and Jake turning against her in the process. This left Leanne and Jake as the winners.
