Charlie Albone and Juliet Love, well-known figures from the Better Homes and Gardens team, have plans to sell their captivating residence located in Sydney.

On the Channel Seven home improvement program, the famous gardener and interior designer have listed their expansive property in Maroubra, Sydney’s Eastern Suburbs, for sale at a price of $3.4 million.

In 2019, the couple purchased a two-story red brick house for approximately $2.35 million. Later, they remodeled it into a cozy weatherboard coastal getaway, as reported by the Wentworth Courier.

The home also underwent a major renovation in 2021 that included a pool and a spa.

One of the jewels in the crown of this gorgeous home is its poolside garden, designed by Charlie.

His work was even recognised at the Landscape Association’s 2024 Landscape Excellence Awards.

Also, Juliet’s eye for design can be felt thought the home, with imported fixtures and materials.

Set on a 324-square-metre block the home features four spacious bedrooms with built-in wardrobes.

Charlie and Juliet purchased the spread in 2012 for $840,000, reports The Daily Telegraph.

After Charlie decided to leave Selling Houses Australia for Foxtel in 2019, he made the subsequent purchase at Maroubra, which was followed by his joining the Better Homes and Gardens team, taking over from Jason Hodges.

Jason was brutally cut from the Channel Seven lifestyle show after 16 years.

But Charlie was thrilled to get the position in 2020.
