Gregg Wallace’s Health Website Exposed: Customers Demand Refunds Amid Scam Allegations!
The well-known “fitness and healthy eating empire” led by Gregg Wallace has faced accusations of being a ‘scam’, along with poor customer service complaints, as some clients have reported difficulties in obtaining refunds or cancelling their monthly subscriptions.
60-year-old former Masterchef contestant, feeling embarrassed, established a health venture following his personal weight loss of five stones. This enterprise provides recipes, professional guidance, and conveniently delivered frozen meals.
After leaving the BBC cooking program due to an investigation into sexual misconduct allegations last year, the company reduced its prices significantly and provided customers with a discount of £40 on their annual subscriptions.
Are you prepared to enhance your health and experience optimal wellness? – With no risks involved, only positive outcomes. You can cancel at any time.
Lately, there’s been a wave of heated responses on Trustpilot from fans who’ve registered, alleging that they’re being erroneously billed and finding it hard to recover their funds.
One customer expressed frustration: ‘I consider this a deceptive practice. I terminated my membership upon the switch to a new app, yet they automatically renewed it and charged me for an annual subscription for an application that doesn’t work. No response from their email regarding a refund. Their customer service is poor, and I would not advise others to use them.’
The original text says: ‘I renewed my membership and took the payment without any prior notice, I attempted to solve the issue cordially multiple times but the customer service was abysmal and unbecoming. AVOID THESE CHARlatans AS MUCH AS POSSIBLE!!!’
‘I renewed my membership without being notified beforehand about the payment, I tried to handle it politely on various occasions but the customer service was extremely poor and unprofessional. I strongly advise you to STAY FAR AWAY FROM THESE FRAUDSTERS!!’
One individual stated: ‘Without prior warning, they collected the renewal fees for membership and have failed to respond to my repeated daily emails asking for a refund.’
‘I renewed my subscription on short notice, deducting £89.99 from my account without prior warning. I’ve sent them two emails but have yet to receive a response. The site isn’t beneficial for me, and I’d like a refund.’
The individual stated: ‘Totally fed up with this company. Six months ago, I cancelled a recurring subscription that was not authorized, only to find out later that I could get a refund on the condition that I deleted any negative reviews. Yet, despite cancelling, they still plan to renew my subscription and I received another email about it! My personal data should have been erased from their system upon cancellation, but evidently it wasn’t.’
Feeling isolated as I’m not getting any replies after multiple messages sent, I fear another unauthorized £49 charge is imminent on my bank account. It would be great if GWH could sort out this issue promptly to avoid me wasting more time trying to get a refund.
‘Another dissatisfied customer commented, “Much like others, I was charged £89.99 without prior warning. I’ve attempted to reach them multiple times, but all I’ve received is an automated message stating they are occupied and will respond later, along with a reminder to review their No Refund policy. Despite not utilizing the site, I’d appreciate getting my money back. The customer service is truly subpar; I’d advise others to steer clear.”‘
A representative from Gregg Wallace Health explained to TopMob that our membership renewal process is straightforward, and we always send emails as reminders before any payments are processed. If someone believes they’ve been billed in error, they should reach out to us, and we’ll be more than willing to help sort things out.
Through the efforts of Gregg Wallace Health, numerous individuals have experienced significant improvements, resulting in a growing community of over thousands who now enjoy greater happiness and wellness.
After Gregg’s wife, Anna Wallace, seldomly posted on social media, she shared a quote during the investigation into his sexual misconduct allegations.
In the midst of all the turmoil surrounding my beloved’s name, I, an ardent admirer, decided to log onto Instagram yesterday and spread some positivity. On this particular day, Anna chose to share a heartwarming post that seemed to radiate optimism.
The quote read: ‘Hello Tuesday. Do what you can, with what you have, where you are.’
As a trusted advisor on all things lifestyle, let me share some insights regarding a recent topic that’s been making waves. You may have heard about the allegations brought forth against my friend, Anna, who is a loving mother to five-year-old Sid. In the spirit of transparency and honesty, I want to clarify that she has not yet publicly responded or addressed these claims directly. It’s important to remember that everyone deserves due process and privacy during challenging times like these. Let’s continue to support her and her family as they navigate through this difficult period.
It’s been some time since Gregg made a comeback to television, following his departure from MasterChef due to past accusations of misconduct.
More recently, he made an appearance on Channel 5 as part of a rebroadcast of the 90-minute documentary titled “The Big Freeze of 2018: Beast from the East.
The series that premiered in 2023 takes a retrospective look at a time when Britain was deeply affected by the bitter cold Siberian storm, resulting in widespread destruction, freezing temperatures down to -11 degrees Celsius, and up to 20 inches of snowfall in certain regions.
In various interviews, Gregg was seen with Adam Henson from Countryfile, as well as meteorologist Tomasz Schafernaker. During these conversations, he expressed his joy upon learning that the sales of canned soup had significantly increased.
He discussed the snow on the narrow rural roads around his home in Kent reaching as high as one’s earlobes, and mentioned that he had essentially been blocked off by the snow (as opposed to others in the countryside who were merely isolated by it).
Initially, Gregg appeared optimistic as he responded to the accusations, expressing his view that most of them originated from women of a specific age range who belonged to the middle class.
He inquired: ‘Could you envision the number of contestants on MasterChef who’ve made suggestive comments or insinuations of a sexual nature?’
After that, numerous notable figures such as TV host Ulrika Jonsson and Prime Minister Sir Keir Starmer, among others, have publicly criticized his comments through their statements.
The former greengrocer later apologised for the controversial comments which caused a PR storm.
The presenter facing criticism explained about his comment on middle-class women: “At the time I posted it, I was not mentally well. I’ve been dealing with an enormous amount of stress and a great deal of emotion.
In the group making accusations against Wallace is an individual known as Lisa (not her true identity), who was part of the BBC’s Eat Well for Less production team back in 2015.
She told the BBC Wallace ‘touched her inappropriately’ when they were filming in a supermarket.
According to her claim, he unexpectedly bumped into me at the cashier, then inappropriately patted my bottom with both his waist and genitals, followed by a laugh and the comment, “Oh, you seemed to enjoy that.
In a different scenario, others might have apologized politely by saying something like, “Excuse me, may I slip through?” However, his reaction was unique.
Another point brought up involves discussions about his intimate relationships on set, soliciting phone numbers from females, and persistently inquiring about the details of a lesbian woman’s dating experiences with other women.
According to Gregg’s legal team, there’s absolutely no truth to the claims that he behaves inappropriately or in a sexually harassing manner.
51-year-old food critic Grace Dent is stepping in temporarily for Wallace on MasterChef as an investigation into his conduct is underway.
In the upcoming 20th season of Celebrity MasterChef, Dent will serve as the judge, having frequently made appearances as a guest and competing himself during the 2022 series of MasterChef: Battle Of The Critics.
