Lately, there’s been a wave of heated responses on Trustpilot from fans who’ve registered, alleging that they’re being erroneously billed and finding it hard to recover their funds.

One customer expressed frustration: ‘I consider this a deceptive practice. I terminated my membership upon the switch to a new app, yet they automatically renewed it and charged me for an annual subscription for an application that doesn’t work. No response from their email regarding a refund. Their customer service is poor, and I would not advise others to use them.’

One individual stated: ‘Without prior warning, they collected the renewal fees for membership and have failed to respond to my repeated daily emails asking for a refund.’

‘I renewed my subscription on short notice, deducting £89.99 from my account without prior warning. I’ve sent them two emails but have yet to receive a response. The site isn’t beneficial for me, and I’d like a refund.’

The individual stated: ‘Totally fed up with this company. Six months ago, I cancelled a recurring subscription that was not authorized, only to find out later that I could get a refund on the condition that I deleted any negative reviews. Yet, despite cancelling, they still plan to renew my subscription and I received another email about it! My personal data should have been erased from their system upon cancellation, but evidently it wasn’t.’

Feeling isolated as I’m not getting any replies after multiple messages sent, I fear another unauthorized £49 charge is imminent on my bank account. It would be great if GWH could sort out this issue promptly to avoid me wasting more time trying to get a refund.

‘Another dissatisfied customer commented, “Much like others, I was charged £89.99 without prior warning. I’ve attempted to reach them multiple times, but all I’ve received is an automated message stating they are occupied and will respond later, along with a reminder to review their No Refund policy. Despite not utilizing the site, I’d appreciate getting my money back. The customer service is truly subpar; I’d advise others to steer clear.”‘

Another point brought up involves discussions about his intimate relationships on set, soliciting phone numbers from females, and persistently inquiring about the details of a lesbian woman’s dating experiences with other women.

According to Gregg’s legal team, there’s absolutely no truth to the claims that he behaves inappropriately or in a sexually harassing manner.

51-year-old food critic Grace Dent is stepping in temporarily for Wallace on MasterChef as an investigation into his conduct is underway.

In the upcoming 20th season of Celebrity MasterChef, Dent will serve as the judge, having frequently made appearances as a guest and competing himself during the 2022 series of MasterChef: Battle Of The Critics.
