BEN AFFLECK WEARS DUNKIN DONUTS JERSEY, YEAR AFTER CRINGE SUPER BOWL AD

Ben Affleck was recently seen attempting on a DunKings Donuts jersey, echoing the outfit he wore in last year’s controversial Super Bowl commercial featuring his former wife, Jennifer Lopez.

As a devoted fan, I donned an eye-catching, radiant orange jersey and headed out of a parking lot in Los Angeles on a bustling Wednesday afternoon.

He appeared weary as he pulled the top over his white button down before entering his BMW.

He carefully handled the jersey, as evident by him walking with it inside a protective bag and sipping on an iced coffee from Dunkin Donuts in the other hand.

In a casual, straightforward manner: Ben, a well-known enthusiast of the coffee shop, was spotted leaving the parking area with a sporty appearance.

A year later, Affleck donned a jersey very similar to the one he wore in the Super Bowl commercial he co-starred with his then-spouse JLo (age 55), for which he served as the star.

The advertisement featured Affleck assembling the band known as The DunKings, which included Matt Damon (aged 54) and Tom Brady (aged 47).

Affleck burst uninvited into JLo’s music recording, where his band was playing. He danced energetically to the tunes, while Brady played the keyboard and an unwilling Damon eventually joined in.

After discussing his performance, JLo gently reprimands Affleck. Before departing, the rest of the group leaves, except for Brady, who JLo had requested to stay behind.

In my perspective, as a lifestyle enthusiast, the advertisement elicited a diverse range of responses among social media users, with some labeling it the highlight of the evening while others found it somewhat awkward or embarrassing to watch during the game.

Mike Golic Jr.’s tweet reads, “Dunkin’ is currently leading as the best commercial,” but not everyone agrees with this assessment.

In the Dunkin commercial, Matt Damon, Tom Brady, and Ben Affleck are causing quite a bit of embarrassment for Boston.

Following the airing of the commercial, the coffee company made the tracksuit available for purchase on their official website. However, it was reported by TMZ that the item sold out rapidly.

It’s yet uncertain whether a new Dunkin Donuts commercial will play during the Super Bowl in 2025.

As a die-hard enthusiast, I can hardly contain my excitement! When The Boston Globe inquired about our advertising plans, Dunkin’s Chief Marketing Officer, Jillian Nelson, played it cool and simply said, “You’ll just have to stay tuned!” So, grab your coffee and keep your eyes peeled, folks. Something big is coming our way!

However, she did add that the coffee chain will be dropping clues on their social media channels.
