In this write-up, let’s delve into the latest updates for the sci-fi role-playing game, Nikke by SHIFT UP and Level Infinite. Known as the Goddess of Victory, this game is hosting a special event themed around Romantic Valentine that will go live on February 13, 2025. This update brings not one but two new SSR characters to the roster, along with a mini-game and fresh gameplay content. Additionally, there’s more content in store, which I’ll discuss further in this article.

New Characters: SSR Mast and SSR Anchor

The update introduces two fresh SSR characters, both embodying a maid-like motif. One of these characters is named “SSR Maid: Romantic Spirit” and functions as a Supporter unit. She amplifies her allies’ attacks by sharing damage among them. Her “Burst Skill” substantially increases the attack strength of all allies. Mast yields the “Romantic Heart (MG)” as her weapon and is associated with the Elysion faction, while her elemental coding is “Water“.

The second character is called “SSR Anchor: Innocent Maid,” another supportive team member who prioritizes healing and enhancing team durability. Her special skill restores health to all allies, making her particularly useful during extended fights. This Anchor uses the weapon “Innocent Question (RL)” and hails from “Elysion.” Additionally, she carries a “Water” code. You can obtain both characters through the “Special Recruit” system.

Romantic Valentine Story Event and New Costumes

On the occasion of Valentine’s Day, an event named “Valentine’s Romance” unfolds a delightful narrative. In this tale, the Commander momentarily oversees a quaint Maid Cafe, resulting in unanticipated meetings and fresh interpersonal connections. This event will take place from January 30 to February 19, 2025.

As a gamer, I can jump right into this event to grab some unique items that I can swap for Recruit Vouchers and skill enhancement materials down the line. Plus, there’s an exciting Challenge Stage where I get to battle tough bosses, earning myself some cool additional rewards!

In this latest update, several personalities are getting fresh outfits only available for a limited time. The “Sin – Backstreet Dream” can be obtained by unlocking the “BACKSTREET MAID PASS,” which you earn by making progress through it. On the other hand, “Trony – Sweet Step” will be accessible via the “February Mission Pass.” To get this outfit, complete certain challenges and missions that are part of the pass. Lastly, the outfit for “Drake – Maid For Villain” can be purchased directly in the “Cash Shop.

Mini-Game: PIRATE CAFE

In a playful change, the mini-game titled “PIRATE CAFE” alters the usual Maid Cafe into a pirate-themed eatery under Mast’s command. During this transformation, players assume the roles of café workers, serving countless patrons while ensuring smooth order management. This event coincides with the duration of the Romantic Valentine event.

Login Event, Event Archives, and other updates

A 14-day login event called “ROMANCE DRINK” is about to start. By logging in each day, you’ll receive Recruit Vouchers and development materials as rewards. The “BOOMS DAY” archive section will be updated on January 30, 2025. The “FULL BURST DAY” event will take place over two separate weekends.

A fresh “Solo Raid” mission and a “Coordinated Operation” will be part of the regular lineup. Don’t forget to check out the updated Costume shop, as well as the newly introduced titles.
