Renee Zellweger and Ant Anstead’s Sweet Afterparty PDA Steals the Show!

At the Bridget Jones: Mad About The Boy after-party held after its premiere on Wednesday, Renee Zellweger was affectionately accompanied by her partner, Ant Anstead.

The affectionate pair couldn’t keep their hands off each other as they left the glamorous party, which took place at Brasserie Zedel in London.

55-year-old, acclaimed actress captivated everyone in a vibrant fuchsia dress while making her entrance on the red carpet in Leicester Square earlier tonight.

Forty-five-year-old Ant deliberately allowed Renee to take center stage, choosing to enter later during the afterparty, after the dazzling spectacle of glamour and glitz had passed.

Renee and Ant couldn’t take their hands off each other as they called it a night and headed out. 

The pair met while filming an episode of his series Celebrity IOU Joyride in April 2021.

At the same time, Renee’s fellow actor Hugh Grant and his wife Anna Elisabet Eberstein left the party together.

At the premiere, Renee reconnected with actor Hugh, known for his portrayal of Daniel Cleaver in the beloved movie series, whom she had previously worked with on screen.

In the latest installment of the romantic comedy series, One Day actor Leo Woodall, who portrays Hugh and Renee’s love interest, also became a part of their story.

In a stylish brown velvet suit paired with a sharp black shirt and coordinating footwear, the 28-year-old actor presented an elegant appearance.

Leo was also joined by his supportive girlfriend Meghann Fahy. 

Recently, Renee had a chat with Hugh for the latest edition of British Vogue, offering a precious peek into her and Ant’s love story.

She shared that she resides in the Southern California region, close to San Diego, as it is where her boyfriend stays along with his five-year-old son, Hudson.

Ant divides custody of the child with his former spouse, Christina Haack, who is currently undergoing divorce proceedings with her third husband, Josh Hall.

He is also shares daughter Amelie, 21, and son Archie, 18, with his ex-wife Louise Anstead.

Previously, people speculated that Renee might be married to Ant, since the British TV figure has often called his partner “my wife” in various social media updates.

In July 2023, according to The US Sun, the well-known figure from Hollywood shared with her friends that she and Ant were contemplating a marriage ceremony.

A source close to the situation shared that Renee and Ant prefer to keep their plans confidential. They don’t intend to make a grand public declaration about what they have in store.

She’s been sharing with her close friends that she’s planning their wedding. It will all be quite understated.

Her bond with Anthony is incredibly solid, and they are deeply, passionately in love. They eagerly anticipate tying the knot.

In the past, a 45-star (who is known for her love songs) was briefly married to country musician Kenny Chesney, but they parted ways after only four months together in 2005.

Ahead of her short-lived marriage, she was engaged to Jim Carrey from 1999 to 2000.

Previously, there were rumors about a romantic connection between the veteran entertainer and Bradley Cooper, whom she encountered during the production of the movie “Case 39” in 2009.

Speculation about an engagement swirled around them while they were romantically involved, yet they parted ways in 2011.

Zellweger was later in a long-term relationship with musician Doyle Bramhall II from 2012 to 2019.

From 2005 up until 2017, Anstead was married to his first spouse, Louise. Later in 2018, he got married again, this time to Christina Haack. Their son was born in the year 2019.

The couple divorced in 2021 and for months were embroiled in a messy public custody battle.

In April 2021, Anstead and Zellweger crossed paths during the production of his TV show “Celebrity IOU Joyride”.
