50 Cent apparently finds it hilarious that Gloria Allred’s client is suing him for alleged assault

50 Cent appears to be showing little concern for Gloria Allred’s recent case against him, as he has been seen openly mocking her following the lawsuit alleging that he and his group assaulted a photographer on a scooter by slamming a car door into him.

It seems that Fiddy (Curtis Jackson III) finds it amusing that Allred is representing Guadelupe De Los Santos, a photographer and social media journalist who is filing a lawsuit against him and his crew, accusing them of assault, battery, intentional infliction of emotional distress, negligence, and interference with De los Santos’ civil rights.

In the court case filed on Monday in Los Angeles County Superior Court, Jackson and others (Jackson et al) are being charged for allegedly pulling up behind a paparazzo who had been chasing the rapper on a scooter and recording him using a phone mounted on a selfie stick. A short while later, it’s claimed that Jackson struck De Los Santos with the passenger door of their SUV, resulting in injuries to De Los Santos and damaging the electric scooter beyond use.

Whilst idling at a traffic light, De Los Santos sensed and heard an SUV drawing up behind him in the farthest right lane. This was the vehicle driven by Defendant Jackson, as stated in the lawsuit. As the SUV drew closer to De Los Santos, the front passenger door unexpectedly and aggressively swung open with no prior signal or reason, striking De Los Santos on his left side, causing him and his scooter to fall onto the street and the sidewalk to his right.

The grievance pertaining to civil rights claims that De Los Santos was obstructed from practicing his lawful occupation as a social media journalist, which is granted by California. The lawsuit seeks a trial by jury, demands compensation for legal expenses and costs, along with general, compensatory, special, exemplary, and/or punitive damages, plus interest.

In this incident, I sustained injuries on my left side, particularly in the lower part of my body, as well as to my torso. This was accompanied by significant physical discomfort and emotional turmoil.

Jackson also has lawyers, one of whom informed TMZ on Monday night that the artist hasn’t received or been served with the lawsuit. “Nevertheless,” the attorney added, “should a baseless claim be filed and delivered, Mr. Jackson’s legal team will promptly act to dismiss the case and pursue the highest possible costs, fees, penalties, and other legal repercussions available.
