Taylor Swift and Travis Kelce’s House Hunt Sparks Marriage Rumors!

According to Us Weekly, Taylor Swift and her partner Travis Kelce are considering exploring property options in Kansas City, Missouri, together.

The pair have been discussing the idea of jointly purchasing a house, and they intend to concentrate on this prospect once their schedules allow for it.

35-year-old Taylor concluded her Eras tour in December 2024, while Travis will join his team, the Kansas City Chiefs, at Super Bowl LIX on February 9th. They will be facing off against the Philadelphia Eagles after triumphing over the Buffalo Bills in the AFC Championship game.

House hunting might indicate that the pair, who have been together since summer 2023, are taking steps towards getting married.

At the moment, Taylor is engaged in renovating her beautiful oceanfront mansion in Rhode Island, which is estimated to set her back by $1.7 million.

Based on documents acquired by Us Weekly, it appears that the celebrity’s holiday residence is set for an opulent renovation, as they intend to increase the size of the existing 11,000 square foot property by an extra 400 square feet.

The planned 400-square foot expansion will convert a current room into a spacious bedroom suite with a lounge area.

The upcoming 400-square feet extension is designed to expand one of the rooms, turning it into a larger bedroom suite and living space.

Taylor will also complete a kitchen remodel and make a new bedroom for the main house.

Permissions were granted from late November through early December 2024, valid until the end of 2025.

In 2013, Taylor acquired a luxurious estate that encompasses five acres of landscaped gardens, boasts 700 feet of exclusive coastline, features a swimming pool and a separate pool house.

The home currently has eight bedrooms, 10 bathrooms and eight fireplaces.

Taylor has hosted an annual fourth of July party at her vacation home since she has purchased it.

Back in October 2024, it was reported by TMZ Sports that both Travis’ $6 million residence in Leawood, Kansas and Patrick Mahomes’ house in Belton, Missouri were broken into.

The burglaries occurred on the very same day that the Chiefs defeated the New Orleans Saints at Arrowhead Stadium, with Taylor present to witness it.

The outlet claims $20,000 in cash was stolen from his home and the back door was damaged.

It became officially known on Sunday, September 24, 2023, that Travis, who hails from Ohio, and Taylor were in a relationship, following the event where Taylor went to her inaugural Chiefs game, with them facing off against the Chicago Bears.

It isn’t precisely known when they started meeting in person, but during his July 26th New Heights podcast, Travis disclosed his intention to meet Taylor at one of her Eras Tour performances.

He attended night two of her Eras tour stop in Kansas City – July 8th – while in a suite.

He expressed his feelings of disappointment because she doesn’t engage in conversation before or after her performances due to conserving her voice for the 44 songs she sings. As a result, he felt somewhat let down as he wasn’t able to give her one of the handmade bracelets.

In mid-October 2023, they deepened their relationship by sharing affectionate photos on Instagram.

Taylor and Travis’ romance has continued to go from strength to strength.
