She mentioned: “I’m jogging, yet I can’t seem to locate any sport bras. In reality, I’m merely gripping them as I run to prevent them from bouncing around!

‘It is helping. My doctor said if I strengthen my core, it’ll be a bit better.’ 

Many individuals express a desire for breast augmentation, yet as a natural-born woman, my aspiration lies elsewhere. I yearn for the freedom to engage in sports without concern for future sagging or back issues. The discomfort of dealing with these potential complications is truly unbearable.

After Kelly openly shared that she has decided about having kids or not, following a sincere confession from her grandmother.

The model and actress shared insights about a remark that left a lasting impact, reshaping her perspective on parenthood.

During an interview with The Mirror, Kelly disclosed that she posed a question to her grandmother about any regrets in her life. What struck her as surprising was her grandmother’s candid reply, stating that her most significant regret was choosing to have children.

After contemplating, I realized, ‘Perhaps I don’t desire them after all,’ learning that someone had second thoughts, and considering the possibility of not regretting childlessness, filled me with immense satisfaction about my decision.

Kelly pondered over the fact that her childless status allowed for a broader range of opportunities, using her ability to travel freely between Los Angeles and the United Kingdom as an illustration.

Following Kelly’s revelation about the ‘heartbreaking’ miscarriages she experienced in past relationships, it occurred.

In her discussion about their marriage, she openly stated that she and her husband Jeremy Parisi have chosen not to have children.

Kelly shared that she often reflects on the beauty of her and Jeremy’s lives, free from the struggles of attempting to conceive children.

Yet, she openly discussed her past romantic experiences, sharing the emotional toll of undergoing IVF treatments or suffering from miscarriages.

She told The Sun on Sunday that, for now, she deliberately doesn’t have children, which isn’t a decision they’ve actively considered yet, and she believes it shouldn’t be something people look down upon.

Experiencing both pregnancies and miscarriages has given me a deep understanding of the emotional turmoil and heartache they can cause, not just for individuals but also for relationships. I’ve walked this difficult path before with past partners, and let me tell you, it’s a heavy burden to carry.

‘I look at the beautiful life we have and how we don’t have the burden of that.’

Kelly pointed out that although she recognizes the joy children bring to her family, she’s also aware of the stress they can create.

Besides cherishing family moments with their pet, traveling extensively is a significant aspect of their lives, and they currently don’t plan to have kids.

At that point, Kelly acknowledged that she wasn’t entirely against becoming a mother someday, although they hadn’t had this conversation with her spouse yet.
