It’s Not Filler!
This morning, Eva Speakman stood up for her husband Nik against harsh comments about his altered looks, following a change in his appearance that some internet users had cruelly criticized.
The duo, commonly recognized as The Speakmans, specialize in guiding individuals through personal transformations, offering aid for those dealing with mental health issues, traumatic experiences, and phobias.
As a committed supporter, I found myself compelled to respond to an unkind commentator, who impolitely suggested that Nik, aged 63, should cease using fillers. In defense of Nik, I firmly believe his recent transformation is not due to fillers, but rather other factors.
Following their series of photos shared on Instagram last week, a critical commenter wrote beneath them: “You two make a lovely pair, but perhaps advise your partner to curb the use of injectables.
Eva hit back: ‘Please don’t be judgemental. He’s on steroids & can’t help the effect.’
The title stated: ‘Beautiful beginning to this week on @thismorning; we aimed to cheer up your Blue Monday. We hope you all enjoyed a fantastic week, and are excited about the upcoming fun weekend ahead 😊’

In response to the offensive remark about Eva and Nik, supporters posted: “That’s a despicable comment. Improve yourself, it seems he’s using performance-enhancing drugs. I’ve experienced similar treatment while I was on them myself.
‘People can be cruel I am on steroids so I know the feeling when people judge’,
‘Clearly a steroid side effect, my mum had exactly the same. Such a mean comment to make’,
I can’t help but wonder why some individuals feel compelled to be unnecessarily harsh and critical. The program is exceptional, the folks are wonderful, and they offer invaluable guidance ❤️.
Previously, Eva openly discussed the challenges she encountered due to internet bullies while she and her spouse Nik became frequent guests on “This Morning.
On the My Dirty Laundry podcast, Eva opened up about being viciously targeted by mean-spirited internet users when she made an appearance on the program.
It was particularly painful because, after enduring a lifetime of bullying, Eva eventually became well-known in every home.
Alternatively,
It was deeply painful since Eva, who had faced a lifetime of bullying, later achieved fame and recognition in households everywhere.
She mentioned that they experienced a significant amount of online harassment, and initially, she admitted, it was especially challenging – especially during the early days of their career on television.

‘I was somebody that was bullied through my entire childhood, even up until I met Nik, actually.
Later on, Nik stepped in to assist me, gradually restoring my confidence and faith in myself once more.
Suddenly, these unfamiliar individuals began speaking harsh and unkind words. In response, I found myself needing to step back slightly and question, “Is this truly significant? Does this person’s viewpoint carry much weight? Why am I engaging with the media in the first place?
‘It’s to help people. Am I doing that? Yes.’
Eva said that with Nik’s help, she quickly found a way to stop the trolling getting to her.
She advised, “We swiftly developed a routine of simply ignoring. My suggestion for anyone would be: don’t get hooked. Simply ignore and carry on, as these individuals aren’t particularly significant or important.
If someone thinks it’s okay to be cruel to others, frankly, they aren’t deserving of your attention. Therefore, it’s best to block them right away.
Previously, Eva and Nik successfully helped Holly Willoughby overcome both her phobia of ghosts and her fear of flying, utilizing their professional skills in the process.

They mentioned that Holly had to leave the next week for ‘I’m A Celebrity’ to assist with the presentation, so it was kind of us to lend a hand, and it was pleasant.
Her apprehension stemmed from hosting a children’s television program, as she found herself in a situation where she had to fly in a small aircraft. The pilot accompanying her intentionally cut off the engine.
Initially, she believed the plane was crashing. However, he reassured her, saying it was just a test they had to perform. Afterward, he rebooted it, and everything returned to normal.
However, at that particular instance when she was unaware, she unexpectedly acquired a fear of flying. We subsequently assisted her in overcoming this apprehension.
According to the Speakmans, their treatment was incredibly effective as evidenced by Holly sending them a photo of herself from an airplane, giving a thumbs up just a week after they had treated her.
