Shadow Milk Cookie Plushie went completely out-of-stock in both first and second Pre-orders

Initially, the first batch of pre-orders for the package was incredibly popular and quickly sold out as soon as it became available. To accommodate the high level of interest, Devsisters decided to extend the pre-order period. The second round of pre-ordering, which runs from January 27th, 11:30 AM until February 23rd (GMT+9), provides fans with another chance to purchase the packages.

Even though the pre-order period was prolonged, fans were still left feeling let down as the merchandise packages quickly ran out of stock. This swift sell-out triggered a wave of disappointment within the CookieRun: Kingdom fanbase. User “Wyssleee” voiced their frustration in a post on the r/CookieRunKingdoms subreddit, explaining that they were unable to pre-order the plush toy and came close to tears.

The feedback on the post is filled with shared anger and annoyance, with numerous users pointing out what they perceive as ineffective management. Moreover, numerous fans have voiced their dissatisfaction across various social media platforms. They’ve been particularly critical about the scarce inventory and high shipping fees, which at times exceeded the cost of the plushie itself.

Fans expressed frustration and bewilderment concerning the mishandling of the pre-order procedure on social media, particularly on the Cookie Run: Kingdom store. In this specific platform, numerous disgruntled fans posted critical comments on the product page, resulting in more than 222 negative reviews within a single day.

Currently, there’s been no official word from Devsisters regarding the controversy, leaving fans eagerly waiting for potential changes in accessibility or an apology down the line. The overwhelming interest in the plushie clearly underscores the lasting appeal of Shadow Milk Cookie, yet it also stirred concerns about how Devsisters manages their merchandise sales.
