This innovative feature allows our heroes to equip multiple abilities, revolutionizing the way we strategize and play.

The resources needed for this path are Ores, making the process both manageable and exciting. So, let me walk you through a comprehensive guide on how to maximize the potential of the Hero Equipment feature in Clash of Clans.

Hero Equipment in Clash of Clans

Introduction

In the latest update, Hero Equipment offers a unique customization option – allowing you to select specific battle abilities for your heroes. This resembles RPG games where characters are equipped with various skills beyond their inherent ones, and in Clash of Clans, this feature functions similarly.

Using Clash of Clans attacks now offers an enhanced versatility and complexity, empowering players to tailor their Heroes to various situations and maximize their effectiveness.

Features

The Hero Equipment becomes functional starting at Town Hall Level 8, but it’s important to note that the Barbarian King will be the first hero activated, despite being unlocked at TH8. As you progress through the game and unlock additional abilities for your heroes, you’ll have the chance to experiment with new and potent skills as well.

Here are boundless opportunities! You could equip your Archer Queen with colossal arrows for a powerful strike, or bestow the Earthquake Shoes upon your Barbarian King, allowing him to smash and traverse walls effortlessly.

In the revised version, your ancient Heroes’ skills, such as the Barbarian King’s Iron Fist, have been transformed into individual Hero Equipment pieces that you can enhance and customize. As an example, by using the Barbarian Puppet, you can summon a pack of extremely enraged Barbarians under the command of your Barbarian King.

Try a different approach, such as the “Vampstache,” and now your Barbarian King will recover health with each strike, rather than conjuring enraged Barbarians.

CoC Hero Equipment: Unlocking and Upgrading

In the game Clash of Clans, you can acquire Hero Equipment by utilizing a specific structure called the Forge, which serves much like a Blacksmith. To elevate your status, you’ll need resources referred to as Gems or Minerals, and we’re about to explore the intricacies of this progression process.

Blacksmith

From what was mentioned previously, this structure becomes accessible once you reach Town Hall level 8. Essentially, this is sufficient for your needs since it allows you to enhance the gear of all your heroes in the future. With each upgrade to the Blacksmith, a fresh option becomes available.

In this game, the blacksmith’s skillset corresponds to your Town Hall level. Starting from Town Hall Level 1, the blacksmith begins offering the Barbarian King’s Earthquake Boots as an available piece of equipment. As you advance through higher Town Hall levels, more items are unlocked for your Heroes.

Ores

Improving Hero Equipment involves using ores such as Shimmering, Radiant, and Celestial ores. These ores can be acquired through different means like the Home Village’s star bonus, Clan Wars, trading, or buying from the in-game store. Selection of Hero Equipment

Moving forward, you have two options for gearing up: either by pressing the ‘Blacksmith’ button or selecting a specific hero and opting for the ‘Equipment’ option. Alternatively, you can tap on the ‘Army’ tab to navigate to the Equipment section directly.

Click on any character, and a window called ‘Hero Equipment’ will appear. In this window, you have the choice to tap or click and equip the item, or move and drop the equipment onto the character. Each hero in Clash of Clans can be equipped with two pieces of Hero Equipment.

Upgrading of Hero Equipment

From now on, you’ll see that each piece of equipment has a particular level that can be enhanced. To achieve this, as explained earlier, you’ll require ores. Simply select the Equipment, and you’ll discover an Upgrade option based on the number of ores you have stored in your account.

As you progress through the levels, the capacity for storing Ores in your inventory will grow. However, please remember that Hero Boost Potions do not affect or enhance your gear’s statistics.

CoC Hero Equipment: Rarities and Abilities

Rarities of Equipment

Currently, we’re focusing on two types of Equipment: Common and Epic. The Common equipment is the regular type you encounter. You can enhance a Common item up to level 18 by improving your Blacksmith. On the other hand, Epic Equipment is scarce and can reach level 27.

In specific occasions, you’ll find Epic characters. Certain equipment offers additional perks such as increased damage, health restoration, or quicker mobility, thereby enhancing the combat prowess of your champions.

Abilities of Equipment

Each piece of equipment has two types of abilities: Active and Passive. You can utilize Active abilities during a fight, for instance, by activating the Barbarian King’s Iron Gauntlet. Conversely, Passive abilities are constantly active without requiring any user input. An example is the Grand Warden’s Aura, which continuously boosts nearby troops.

So, let us now see the list of Equipment that are currently available for each hero.

Keep in mind that the skills your Heroes once possessed won’t be transferable anymore and will instead function independently. For instance, the abilities of the Royal Cloak are now distinct from those of the Archer Puppet and the Invisibility Vial. This means that if you outfit your character with the Royal Cloak, the Queen will no longer become invisible when her ability is triggered.

Barbarian King

We have five active and one passive ability for Barbarian King.

Archer Queen

We have five active abilities and one passive ability for Archer Queen.

Grand Warden

We have four active and two passive abilities for Grand Warden.

Royal Champion

The Royal Champion gets five active and one passive abilities.
