Story Highlights

  • Diablo Immortal has 8 character classes at this moment.
  • Some classes are good for PvP while some are good for PvE.

Ever since its launch, the game Diablo Immortal has left a strong impact on the realm of action role-playing games. In this title, players have the liberty to select their preferred class from among the eight unique classes featured within. Each class boasts its own set of strengths and weaknesses. Before delving headfirst into the game, it’s beneficial to familiarize yourself with all the classes in-depth. While every class in Diablo Immortal has potential, some may be less effective in various aspects. In this tier list, we will offer suggestions on the top classes for PvP and PvE play in Diablo Immortal.

In Diablo Immortal, every class showcases unique talents and characteristics. Some classes might struggle with inflicting damage on opponents, whereas others excel in that area. Certain classes exhibit impressive crowd-control abilities and deal substantial Area of Effect (AoE) damage. Conversely, some classes may underperform. To help clarify which classes are considered top-tier for Player vs Environment (PvE) and Player vs Player (PvP), we’ve compiled a list of the best classes in each game mode within Diablo Immortal.

Diablo Immortal Tier List: Best Class for PvE

Ever since its debut, the Tempest class has remained unrivaled and is an excellent option for players who predominantly enjoy the PvE mode. Alternatively, other A-tier classes like Demon Hunter, Crusader, and Barbarian are respectable choices that might suit your preferred playstyle.

TierClasses
Strong (S)Tempest
Good (A)Demon Hunter, Crusader, Barbarian
Average (B)Wizard, Necromancer, Blood Knight
Weak (C)Monk

Diablo Immortal Tier List: Best Class for PvP

If you’re a fan of player-versus-player (PvP) games, you might want to think about choosing Crusader or Brabrian. In our opinion, these two characters offer the greatest value and are currently the strongest in the game. Although the latest class, Tempest, is respectable, it doesn’t quite match up to the power level of Crusader or Brabrian at this time.

TierClasses
Strong (S)Crusader, Barbarian
Good (A)Demon Hunter, Tempest
Average (B) Necromancer, Blood Knight, Monk
Weak (C) Wizard

Diablo Immortal All Class Overview

Barbarian Class

This class is particularly beneficial for beginners in Diablo Immortal, offering exceptional power, captivating abilities, and attractive attributes that make mastery relatively straightforward. Known for its prowess in close-quarters combat with impressive Area of Effect (AoE) damage, this class also boasts a good balance of high mobility, durability, and resilience. Choosing this class is an excellent decision when engaging in Player versus Environment (PvE) content.

Demon Hunter Class

In simple terms, Demon Hunters are excellent choices for tackling PvE dungeons due to their ability to inflict massive damage on opponents in quick succession. This is primarily because of their powerful, high-impact single-damage skill, making them a worthy selection for combat situations.

Tempest Class

Starting from 2024, the Tempest class has become the preferred option for those interested in delving into the game’s PvE sector. This class allows you to inflict Area of Effect (AOE) damage alongside your own minions. For now, it can be considered a hybrid class, but it lags behind the Crusader or Barbarian when it comes to PvP performance.

Necromancer Class

In the realm of Diablo Immortal, there’s no denying that I find myself drawn to the mighty Necromancer class. With an overwhelming ability to dish out damage and a knack for it, they stand tall as the top choice among all classes. Plus, the icing on the cake is the power to summon undead skeleton comrades to join the fight by my side.

In the game, especially when playing PvE dungeons, Wizards and Monks might not be as effective in terms of damage output, skills, or attributes compared to other characters. However, if you’re inclined to experiment with them and believe they have potential, by all means, give them a try!

Wizard Class

In Diablo Immortal, Wizards are primarily effective for those who prefer to focus on Player versus Environment (PvE) gameplay. If you enjoy a playstyle that’s powerful but fragile, often referred to as a “glass cannon,” then the Wizard might suit you well. However, at this point in time, they are not advisable if you’re inclined towards Player versus Player (PvP).

Crusader Class

Crusaders are generally considered the most versatile among all classes. Regardless of the gameplay style you prefer, Crusaders prove to be efficient in multiple areas. Their exceptional skills for area-of-effect (AoE) damage and defensive reinforcement make them excellent at supporting their teammates. Moreover, they have strong crowd-control capabilities and are beneficial in providing additional buffs.

Blood Knight Class

In terms of both Player versus Player (PvP) and Player versus Environment (PvE), Blood Knights are generally average in strength. However, they possess abilities reminiscent of vampires that can quickly overpower opponents. At the moment, it may not be particularly powerful, but it’s a thrilling class to play! It’s important to note that the Blood Knight is exclusive to Diablo Immortal.

Monk Class

As a seasoned gamer, I’d say monks are my go-to choice when it comes to PvP battles. They’ve got some top-notch crowd control skills and defensive techniques that make them hard to beat. Plus, their agility and swift movement speed give them an edge in those fast-paced encounters. Compared to other classes, monks seem to shine more in dealing damage and mastering various skills in PvP modes. So, if you’re gearing up for a PvP battle, these monk classes are definitely worth considering.
