Transformation Alert! Samantha Armytage Dazzles in New Look After Divorce

Samantha Armytage is fighting fit following her split from her husband Richard Lavender.

On Friday, the 48-year-old returned to Sydney following a wonderful time at the Australian Open in Melbourne, and she looked fantastic.

As an ardent admirer, I couldn’t help but spot the captivating TV personality gliding gracefully through the bustling airport terminal, effortlessly displaying her radiant, timeless charm while rolling her sleek carry-on luggage alongside her.

Sam donned a snug-fitting white tank top that accentuated her slender physique, pairing it with her light blue denim jeans, and neatly tucking it in.

She wore her blonde hair down around her face and added a black and white cap to the look.

The former Sunrise host appeared to have on minimal makeup but was sporting a glowing tan.

Sam finished her look with a pair of brown suede sandals and carried a white designer tote.

The Farmer Wants A Wife host has just returned from living it up at the Australian Open.

On Monday, the newly recognized Channel Nine celebrity shared selfie photos from a high-profile tennis tournament on their Instagram Stories.

As a lifestyle connoisseur, I snapped a picture in front of an eye-catching Channel Nine tennis ball decoration, prior to settling into my seat among the spectators.

She was beaming with happiness as she tagged Nine alongside friend Allison Langdon in the pictures.)

The television star looked glamorous in a black and white frock and a full face of makeup.

In the past few weeks, Sam has found herself swamped with fresh work obligations, which she recently revealed by sharing an endearing message on Instagram about her newest project.

She snuggled close to a charming Labrador while disclosing that she now serves as an ambassador for Guide Dogs Australia.

She expressed her great enthusiasm, joy, and pride in being the latest representative for Guide Dogs Australia. What an outstanding, authentic, and reliable organization it is! This was conveyed in her post’s caption.

Sam expressed, “For a long time, they have held a special place in my heart, and now I am privileged to be involved with them. Their efforts are truly priceless as they strive to empower blind and visually impaired individuals, helping them live rich, secure, and productive lives.

Over the coming weeks, we will be searching for individuals who can foster puppies. These caring homes will provide a secure environment for our adorable puppies while they grow and prepare for formal training, eventually becoming exceptional service animals.

Sam went on to pay tribute to her own Labrador, Banjo, who tragically died in February last year.

It’s no secret that I have a soft spot for Labradors, and with this position at hand, it feels like a dream come true. I’ve attached some snapshots of my beloved Banjo in the following – he’s always on my mind.

Afterwards, she hinted at her divorce from her husband Richard Lavender, as it was her first Christmas spent single since their separation.

‘Cuddles with these pups healed my heart a lot. Bring on 2025,’ she wrote.

On the eve of their fourth wedding anniversary, Sam parted ways with the 61-year-old horse entrepreneur, Richard.

She started dating Richard in April 2019, and they announced their engagement in June 2020.

On New Year’s Eve of that very year, they exchanged vows at his scenic 40-hectare estate located in the beautiful Southern Highlands region of New South Wales, and officially became a married couple.

However, towards the end of last year, it was first reported by Daily Mail Australia that they had parted ways. Later, Samantha herself confirmed that their decision to go separate ways was amicable.

Samantha shared that she and Richard have parted ways. She acknowledged that all separations can be tough, but their friendly split has made it a bit easier because they both hope for the best in each other’s futures.

‘I appreciate you respecting our privacy. I won’t be making any further comment.’

Subsequently, Sam’s forthcoming Channel Nine dating show The Golden Bachelor encountered an unforeseen hurdle during the audition process.

The forthcoming series shares its title with a well-known U.S. television program and centers around individuals aged sixty and above who are seeking a new opportunity for romance in their lives.

Nevertheless, it’s been disclosed that Warner Bros encountered some challenges during their search for mature individuals seeking romance in their casting process.

According to a source, many candidates seem to struggle with properly completing the application form, including attaching photos and videos. (Yahoo Lifestyle)

As a die-hard fan, I can’t help but notice that many people, including those who don’t own iPhones or computers, are left in the dark after catching wind of the show through the news.

The source shared that adjustments needed to be made in the auditioning procedure to broaden the range of actors they could consider.

Initially, the number of applications was low, but after encouraging people to propose their grandparents, there has been an increase in submissions, as they noted.

They reached out to retirement homes nationwide, inviting elderly individuals to take part in a highly visible opportunity to seek romance.

The Golden Bachelor provides individuals aged 50-60 with an opportunity to rediscover romance, set to debut on Channel Nine sometime in 2025.

It was reported in November that The Golden Bachelor has been searching for contestants in an unconventional manner.

A talent representative from Channel Nine’s show was seen distributing contact information to visitors at the Royal Randwick Racecourse in Sydney.

Ivanna Tang, a casting agent, chose an unconventional approach by trying to enlist horse race attendees for the upcoming spin-off series, as reported by the Daily Telegraph.

Behind-the-scenes, producers are actively working on choosing their suitable candidate for The Bachelor, aiming to make a decision about his leading role within the next few weeks.

In Australian territory, the rights for “The Golden Bachelor” reality dating series have been obtained by nine, and it’s Samantha who will be taking on the role as the host.

Samantha got involved with the casting call, urging people to give their family members a ‘nudge’.

In August, TV host Samantha surprised viewers by announcing her departure from Seven Network after 21 years, sparking speculation about her future plans.

At Nine’s Upfronts event held in November, her new hosting role on The Golden Bachelor was officially announced as part of the network’s reveal of their programming schedule for the year 2025 to attending guests.

In the video chat with 9Entertainment, Samantha expressed her belief that everyone will find this delightful. She referred to it as a nostalgic affection for the golden eras.

Upon receiving the invitation to participate in the show, I immediately agreed. Given the immense popularity of The Golden Bachelor in the United States, I’m confident that it will also capture the hearts of Australians.

Nine is incredibly excited to announce that Samantha Armytage will be joining us as the new host of our search for love, The Golden Bachelor. This show gives everyone a fresh opportunity to find love again, and our Marketing Chief, Liana Dubois, is equally enthusiastic about this new addition.

Warner Bros Australia ignited rumors about a local adaptation of the show in November 2023 by seeking “vibrant, energetic, and sociable gentleman aged 60 or above who are divorced or widowed” to participate in a fresh dating program.

In the initial American adaptation of The Golden Bachelor, the lead role was filled by Gerry Turner, a 72-year-old father of two and a widower. Subsequently, the female counterpart, The Golden Bachelorette, debuted featuring Joan Vassos, a 61-year-old widow seeking romance.

In simpler terms, the American edition of the show has achieved tremendous success, as its finale attracted a massive audience of 6.1 million viewers, marking the highest viewership for the final episode of The Bachelor in America since 2021.
