Jimmy Nicholson and Holly Kingston, affectionately known as the Bachelor couple, created quite an impression in Sydney’s Northern Beaches real estate scene when they recently acquired a lavish residence. This purchase came right before the arrival of their newborn son, Lennox, last month.
The duo just completed the acquisition of an attractive ’80s-built home situated within a breathtaking 1323 square meter haven, located in the posh neighborhood of Avalon Beach.
This property offers four spacious bedrooms and a total of three bathrooms, with an open layout that adds to its expansive feel. It showcases high ceilings and captivating contemporary design, creating a visually impressive living space.

The house is designed to blend effortlessly between indoor and outdoor spaces, featuring modern architecture and high-end amenities like a tranquil fireplace area and gazebo.
The pair have created a lovely infant’s room on the premises, eagerly anticipating rearing their child in their ideal newly acquired residence.
The semi-rural setting offers breathtaking vistas, with the convenience of nearby facilities such as shopping centers, malls, and public transportation systems.
The property is often referred to as being exceptionally peaceful, offering a serene atmosphere that would make it perfect for a couple eager to start their family life in their new home.
The couple is eagerly looking forward to involving you in the upcoming phase of their life, now as a family of three, as they relocate to their desired first home located on the northern coast, a place that holds significant memories for them both.
After selling their North Bondi apartment prior to the arrival of their first-born, they decided to shift into a more fitting dwelling.
The couple, who got acquainted through a reality dating program, shared on Instagram in November that they had successfully sold their Sydney residence, which had been their home for several years.
In these delightful snapshots, we see Jimmy and expectant Holly standing outside their old residence, now marked as sold, posing for the camera.
In 2021, following their time on The Bachelor, the lovebirds purchased a spacious two-bedroom, one-bathroom apartment for approximately $1.42 million.
Initially, the auction for this property was scheduled for November 19, and it was estimated to sell between $1.4 million and $1.5 million. However, it seems that a bid has already been approved prior to the auction date.
In a different photo, they were spotted grinning side by side in front of a recently-sold house, suggesting it’s now where their family will reside.
‘The end of a chapter & the start of an even greater one,’ the couple wrote in the caption.
Moving from our cherished small apartment to buy a house wasn’t exactly what we had planned at eight months pregnant, but when it comes to a mother preparing her home during pregnancy, there’s no arguing with that instinct.
We purchased our place jointly, having first connected during Bachelor filming, with just a few televised encounters and limited instances devoid of camera crews to our name.
We were examining houses together using FaceTime, even while we were keeping our relationship hidden prior to the show’s premiere. This could suggest that the phrase “when you feel it, you know it” might indeed hold some truth.
