Anna Maynard maintains that she is robust and has a tough exterior, as she shared her experiences with internet bullying.

The CBBC host, who’s only 24 years old, has been under public scrutiny since she turned 17. She happens to be the little sister of popular singer Conor Maynard and renowned YouTube personality Jack Maynard.

Anna shared that experiencing online harassment isn’t something unfamiliar to her, and she maintains full control over her social media platforms by consciously avoiding negative or distressing material.

At the Bohomoon gathering in London, Anna shared her thoughts with TopMob: “I’ve been in the spotlight since I turned 17, so being here isn’t something fresh or surprising for me.

However, any disrespectful comments or harassment directed at me, I have the authority to manage my account as I see fit. If such content is causing distress, I have the option to delete it or choose not to engage with it.

You’re not required to fill your days with sights that distress you. I’ve got a robust constitution and a resilient disposition, so very little can truly disturb me significantly.

I’ve been absolutely transformed, let me tell you! Lately, I’ve found myself diving headfirst into fitness, and it’s like a miracle worker for my mind. It’s completely revolutionized my mental health.

She shared that she and her boyfriend Harry Clark, who stars on Traitors, are currently focusing on wellness and fitness, with her starting her day at 5 am by exercising to help clear her mind for the rest of the day.

She went on to say: “Indeed, fitness has turned things around for me. It’s arrived precisely when I needed it most, and it’s beneficial for clearing one’s thoughts.

Every day, I rise at 5 a.m., taking care of tasks that require an undisturbed mind, as this helps me maintain clarity throughout the day.
