Demi Sims Flaunts Toned Abs After Luxurious Bahamas Getaway!

Demi Sims flaunted her stunning physique, wearing a black sports bra and shorts, during an energetic workout session at the gym which she captured for her Instagram followers on Tuesday.

Previously known TOWIE celebrity showcased an amazing figure while wearing athletic attire, casually revealing her well-defined abdominal muscles by lowering her snugly fitted shorts.

She shared that her workout at the gym was great, since she returned from a lavish vacation in the Bahamas last week.

Demi posted a collection of photos showcasing her luxurious vacation, while donning a sleek, minimalist black bikini featuring a triangular top and tied-on bottoms.

As a die-hard admirer, I couldn’t help but notice the captivating display of my idol. With her hair casually falling free in its bobbed style, she flaunted her intriguing tattoos in a stylish two-piece ensemble. In true superstar fashion, she struck pose after pose, basking in the warm sun’s embrace and leaving us all spellbound with her radiant charm.

During her vacation, Demi donned a black-and-white striped bikini paired with long pink shorts and some chunky sneakers as well.

Demi’s trip occurs following the uncertainty surrounding their show, House of Sims, which they created with their sister Frankie, after they made an appearance on TOWIE (The Only Way Is Essex) in November.

They shared that they were back in Essex permanently, having spent a year overseas.

During a particular episode of the reality series, Harry Derbidge showed clear excitement upon seeing Demi and Frankie (both aged 29) enter a nightclub.

He exclaimed, “This is the most wonderful surprise!”, as Frankie shared the news: “We’re permanently returning to Essex now.

I’ve spent a whole year in LA, and let me tell you, I got a good taste of what it’s like to live and work there. It’s been quite an experience!” (Frankie)

Eventually, we found ourselves thinking, “It’s time to head home.” We crave the comfort of our loved ones, longing for the company of our friends and family.

Harry commented, “Absolutely, it’s teeming with life too – friends, family, the greatest treasure of all.

However, Demi’s Instagram posts suggest a contrasting narrative, as it seems that the television personality has returned to Los Angeles only a few weeks following the airing of the TOWIE episode.

Then in December, Demi made a post announcing she had returned to the UK again. 

‘Hi I’m backkkk,’ she wrote as she shared a collection of snaps en route from the airport. 

Two days prior to celebrating Christmas, I found myself once more in sunny Los Angeles, seemingly embracing the festivities within its city limits.

In 2025, Demi opted against visiting the UK due to a desire for colder weather. Instead, she embarked on a ski trip in Montana, USA, and later traveled to Miami to thaw out.

Following an intense argument on the House of Sims, Chloe disclosed back in April that it had been six months since she last saw her sisters Frankie and Demi.

Chloe, Frankie, Demi, and their brother Charlie, aged 32, journeyed to Los Angeles for their reality series. However, a major argument caused them to erase any signs of one another from their Instagram accounts.

As a lifestyle connoisseur, I must confess that my resolve to bring the show to life remained steadfast, regardless of the fact that we may not share the closeness of lifelong friends.

In conversation with The Sun, Chloe mentioned that they were on the verge of starting the preparations for series three, which she would return to work on.

Chloe revealed to the media that Demi and Frankie are definitely returning to work on the show again. However, she mentioned that they aren’t personally acquainted.

Chloe clarified that although they aren’t physically present right now, they are all part of the House of Sims family, which means that someone from their group will appear on the show. However, she couldn’t predict exactly what would happen in the future.
