Justin Bieber shared an Instagram picture that appeared to depict him using a water pipe, although the authenticity of such usage remains questionable.

30-year-old Justin Bieber, the Peaches singer, is presently taking a break in Aspen, Colorado – a place where cannabis usage is lawful – accompanied by his wife Hailey Bieber, 28, and their five-month-old son Jack Blues.
