Liam Gallagher confirms disappointing news for Oasis fans in Europe

Liam Gallagher, a member of the band Oasis, has sadly announced that they won’t be playing any live concerts in Europe.

Or:

Liam Gallagher from the group Oasis has regrettably informed European fans that there will be no live performances by the band over there.

Previously, it was disclosed that the musical group is planning a comeback through a lineup of reunion performances. These events will be held not only in the United Kingdom and Ireland but also across various regions such as North America (including the U.S. and Canada), South America, Australia, Asia (Japan and South Korea).

It appears that no mainland European dates were included on the list, and it seems Liam has indicated that no additional ones will be added.

On January 20th, a fan asked Liam if they would soon reveal European tour dates. His response was that they wouldn’t be performing in Europe at the moment.

News left European enthusiasts disheartened; they took to X to voice their opinions about it.

One fan expressed, “Don’t say that Liam, it wasn’t funny and you really hurt me,” whereas another stated, “He’s being dishonest, folks.

As a die-hard fan, I couldn’t believe my luck when I heard the news about the Gallagher brothers’ band getting back together for a tour! The moment tickets went on sale, I jumped at the opportunity and managed to secure them in no time flat. It seems like everyone else was just as excited as I was, because they sold out faster than you can say “Oasis reunion!” Now, all I can do is count down the days until the concert!

The sale faced debate following an increase in ticket prices due to Ticketmaster’s pricing system, which adjusts according to demand, causing a rise when interest surged.

Following some criticism, Oasis clarified that they have no control over the ticketing and pricing matters, as these are handled by their event promoters and management. They were unaware that dynamic pricing would be employed in this instance.

As a devoted fan, I was hopeful that the collaborative efforts between promoters, Ticketmaster, and the band’s management would result in a fan-friendly ticket purchasing experience. The strategy included dynamic ticketing to keep general prices reasonable and minimize scalping. However, despite the promising plan, its execution fell short of expectations.

Everyone involved put forth their greatest effort to offer an exceptional fan experience, however, the overwhelmingly high demand made it impossible for us to meet that standard.
