Molly-Mae’s Shocking Documentary Reveals Truth Behind Tommy Fury Split and Family Struggles!

On Sunday, Molly-Mae Hague spent some delightful moments with her daughter Bambi in Manchester, after the release of her Amazon Prime documentary titled “Behind It All.

The 25-year-old influencer donned an oversized teddy bear coat as her outerwear, pairing it with black jeans and a sweater beneath, keeping herself cozy and stylish.

Molly-Mae donned stylish sunglasses, gathered her long golden hair into a loose style, and finished off the laid-back vibe with a pair of silvery sneakers.

While Bambi, who will be turning two the following week, mirrored her stylish mother by donning an adorable bomber jacket decorated with hearts.

Molly-Mae, previously engaged to Tommy Fury, seemed to be keeping busy as she allowed their tiny companion to take steps independently, later gently picking her up in a loving embrace.

As depicted in the documentary, I found myself acknowledging that signs of strain had surfaced, and the situation seemed to be becoming increasingly complex prior to my agreement with the boxer’s proposal.

In simple terms, she declared his proposal “flawless” following the romantic gesture he made by kneeling on a beautiful clifftop in Ibiza during July 2023, approximately a year and a half before their unexpected separation, fueled by allegations of infidelity – claims that Tommy strongly refutes.

In one instance, she glanced at a recorded memory of their significant moment prior to disclosing that she and Tommy, both aged 25, had a major argument before he slipped the diamond ring onto her hand.

Molly-Mae remembered that her former partner seemed suspicious during the planning of the surprise, refusing to let her see his phone, which caused her to suspect there might have been pictures of another woman saved on his device.

She addressed the camera, saying: ‘Are you all familiar with the tale regarding our previous disagreement?’

It had become clear that he was acting suspiciously, so we decided to capture some moments on Tommy’s phone, including us at the hotel. When I asked if I could check the photos on his phone, he refused. This immediately raised questions in my mind: “Why won’t you let me access your phone?

Until we actually parked the car, I genuinely believed it was a dinner invitation. I was completely unaware, staring out the car window as if I were in a melancholic music video, convinced he must have photos of another woman on his phone or similar.

She mentioned: “Here’s what I was thinking about as I traveled to my appointment. It’s quite amusing if you think about it.

In another part of the program, Molly-Mae was moved to tears while discussing the time Tommy broke her trust at her sister Zoe’s wedding, following her plea for him to abstain from alcohol.

In August, Tommy announced that his relationship with Molly ended due to his dependency on alcohol stemming from a boxing injury. (or)

Molly had an open, emotional conversation with her mother Debbie, and shared that she was deeply affected – both traumatized and wounded – due to the ordeal inflicted upon her by Tommy.

She mentioned: ‘He doesn’t struggle with an alcohol issue personally, yet alcohol brought difficulties to our relationship. It escalated to such an extent that I lost enthusiasm for many things due to how greatly it impacted them.’

Overwhelmed with emotion, Molly confided: “At my sister’s wedding, I implored Tommy not to drink, and it’s heartbreaking. I can’t quite explain why I’m crying now, but it’s just so sorrowful. This incident has left a deep mark on me, which is the reason behind the state of my relationship with alcohol.

‘I just know that isn’t who he wants to be, he doesn’t want this.’

She mentioned, “The past two months have left me deeply troubled. Whenever I encounter him, it’s as if I relive all that pain. I harbor anger towards him and feel greatly wounded.

It seems he’s anticipating that, in time, our family may reunite. It goes without saying that I always wished for Bambi to grow up in an intact family, free from the pain of separation.

In an on-camera interview, Debbie expressed her deep affection for Tommy, saying: “Tommy took good care of Molly, brought laughter into her life, and showed kindness to her over a long period. Despite some less favorable circumstances, this was more important.

Initially, she faced the challenging times of a separation and the pain it brought. However, as time progressed, she would no longer spend endless nights fretting over it.

Later on, Debbie confides in Molly: “May I speak honestly? Throughout the years, there have been numerous instances where I couldn’t help but feel extremely concerned about you.

Molly responds: ‘He had some problems that were leading to difficulties in our relationship.’

He desired to enjoy both a family lifestyle and that of a carefree 25-year-old without obligations, but these two lifestyles are difficult to combine.

Debbie adds: ‘It is heartbreaking how alcohol has really messed things up.’

Molly-Mae openly shared that she struggles with ‘apprehension concerning alcohol’, as her parents’ divorce led her mother to drink excessively.

As she reminisced, it became clear that her mother Debbie had faced significant hardships following the end of her marriage with Molly’s father, Stephen Hague. In an effort to find solace, she resorted to alcohol.

Molly-Mae doesn’t drink alcohol excessively and has expressed hesitation about going to parties where there is a lot of alcohol consumption.

Molly shared with the camera, “I’ve always preferred not to be with someone who drinks heavily, as my mother experienced a challenging phase in her life when her long-term marriage of 25 years fell apart, leading her to drink excessively.

At around 14 or 15 years old, I observed her in various situations where she seemed particularly fragile. As a result, our interactions have not typically occurred during positive periods of her life.

On a Wednesday not long ago, I shared my deeply personal struggle in an emotional interview with Men’s Health. This conversation, strategically scheduled before the premiere of Molly-Mae’s documentary, marked the first time I publicly acknowledged my ongoing battle with alcohol and expressed that my mental health was at a critical point, precariously ‘in the pan’.

Despite speculation that their split in August 2024 might have been orchestrated for publicity, Tommy openly discussed his struggles with mental health and emphatically denied ever being unfaithful to Molly-Mae. He dismissed rumors about other women as utterly false or baseless.

He admitted that the main cause for our separation was his struggle with alcohol addiction, which made it impossible for him to continue being the kind of partner he aspired to be.

It’s painful for me to admit this, but it’s the truth – I couldn’t do it. I have a fondness for beer and enjoying a drink, and that’s just the way things are. Life takes us on various paths, and we all carry our own burdens. Mine is what I must bear.
