- The European Midfielders Epic Pack and Manchester United Club Pack have arrived to eFootball 2025.
A new promotion has been launched for eFootball 2025, and it’s ringing in the New Year with panache! In addition to the v4.2.1 update, which contributes minimal enhancements to the game, we are also looking forward to the arrival of the Lunar New Year campaign update. As the football game introduces more themed players and prizes for its users, let me delve deeper into what’s coming your way this Thursday with the game.
eFootball 2025 v4.2.1 and Lunar New Year campaign overview
Lunar New Year campaign
As a gamer, I’ve got to say that the v4.2.1 update wasn’t exactly groundbreaking, but it was necessary. You see, there was this pesky bug going around where duplicate entries of an unplayable player kept showing up in my team roster. This glitch would pop up when I was browsing through Card Types and selected both Standard and Unavailable Players. But fear not! The devs have taken care of it for the time being, so no more double trouble for us gamers!
The Lunar New Year Event is here, bringing fresh rewards and challenges for you! By logging in, you’ll receive a unique Manchester United player as a gift and can gather Select Booster Tokens, plus various other development items, by finishing campaign tasks. Personally, I find the players rather underwhelming with low ratings, but we press on.
Throughout the ongoing campaign, you’ll get a chance to claim a Manchester United Highlight pack as a login reward, which can be found in your inbox until February 13, 2025. From January 23, 2025, you’ll also have additional tasks that will provide you with rewards like Select Booster Tokens, further Manchester United Chance Deals, a themed avatar collection, eFootball Coins, training regimens, EXP, and GP.
You have the chance to join unique events similar to the “Legend: English Clubs All-Star Challenge” and the “English League Champions Tour Event” again, where you can accrue rewards by gathering Event Points. Moreover, for a limited period, a Lunar New Year-themed outfit will be accessible in the Shop, so make sure not to pass up the opportunity to bring some festive flair to your team.
New Epic, Club, and POTW Packs
Just as anticipated, we’re about to see some pricey packs with the debut of the Milan edition of Kaka, showcasing the Momentum Dribbling skill at its best. Additionally, there are two more standout figures: Pavel Nedved exhibiting the Visionary Pass skill and Guti. Accompanying them are other notable cards. Given Kaka’s impressive in-game player ID, these packs are likely to fly off the shelves.
Since Manchester United is part of the Lunar New Year promotional event, there’s also the Club Pack being introduced to the game. Boasting Double Booster Ruben Amorim with Quick Counter expertise, we have 11 players at our disposal too. I plan on buying the pack and sharing my thoughts, so don’t forget to check the site for my review!
Instead, allow me to rephrase that statement for you: Contrarily, Raphinha has received a commendable rating this time around. He’s featured in the Player of the Week pack as an enhancement card with the Hole Player playstyle. I strongly advise acquiring him considering his recent form. He is likely to maintain his A or B level performance throughout much of this season.
